Beware of this company! Customer service isn't just bad, it's non-existent. After a purchase, I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail or any receipt of payment or order number, and so I emailed their customer service email, but NEVER to this day heard a response back, despite e-mailing countless times. The item I bought did in fact eventually arrive, albeit very delayed and with no warning, however I simply have no idea what this company is playing at, best to avoid!
I ordered my snoodies on 1st January. Website stated delivery would be between 7-14 days. It is now 23rd January and like the other reviewer, the tracking has stopped being updated and I have had no response to my email chasing an update. Avoid this company. I will be contacting my credit card company to process a charge back.
EDIT: THEY WERE FAKES. couldn't be bothered after all the initial hassle to keep chasing, which I assume this is what this company rely on. Hopefully others have reported this.
Terrible terrible terrible customer service. The delivery for my order was rescheduled twice, but still didn't arrive on the revised date. The parcel tracker then stopped being updated so I had no way of identifying the status of my parcel. Every single email I sent to the support team for help was ignored, no response at all! When I eventually reached the climax of frustration I asked for a refund and they emailed me to say I'd have to send it back to them, which is impossible because it hadn't arrived. The fact that they sent me this email to deny me a refund proves categorically that they had actively chosen to ignore my requests for assistance.
Truly a bunch of negligent scam artists.
