My pillow has ripped apart after 3 months and customer service did ignore me. No money back.
The pillow is very uncomfortable. Their FAQ is telling a lot of lies.

The pillow is rubbish. They advertise a 60 Day money back guarantee. However when asking for a refund or money back due to the poor quality I was denied. False advertising. Don't offer a money back guarantee if you're not going to abide by it. Avoid at all costs.

Complete scam

Complete scam. Not from countries shown online, and they do not adhere to 60 day money back guarantee with what is advertised. As soon as you ask for money back and return when product wasn’t appropriate for stomach sleepers, they disappear. First request for photos is by AI. No further response from Support. This fraudulent con of a business needs to be stopped by Facebook and country offical authorities.

This is a scam and doesn’t comply with NZ marketing laws. Although the website clearly states there is a 60 day trial period and the product will be refunded, hidden in the refund T&Cs it says there are no refunds if the product is on sale. The product is always on sale though (which effectively means they never have to give a refund)! The refund T&Cs are not clearly advertised, eg no asterix saying that T&Cs apply to the sale or refund promise-I had to go looking for it. I have emailed the company a few times and have had no response, and the phone no on their Facebook page is fake. I will report them to the Commerce Commission and Consumer. First time I have ever been scammed like this, and I had felt reassured to buy from them because they said they were a NZ owned company and had that refund policy. Not recommended!!

This is why it pays to always read reviews before purchase. Bought this as I fell for all the rubbish advertising. Pillow gave me more aches than a normal one. They had a 60 day money back so asked for instructions to send it back got one email requesting pictures which I replied to and sent pictures, then nothing from them at all. These pillows are junk and the customer service is also junk. Have disappeared and no replies. Lesson learnt. Rubbish company if that is even what it is

Junk product

Junk product, mailed (slowboat) from China.Money back guarantee is not honored. Communication is non-existent. Product is not made in nor represented in New Zealand. Fist time I've been product scammed. Slightly embarrassed. Ah, well, live and learn.

Not a genuine half price offer

Not sure if I have been completely sucked in the Snoozu has arrived the add said half price at $79 deliver free. No way this pillow was ever $150.00 or is even worth $79.00 very disappointed with it only low cost memory foam.

Calm down people

So I think people are losing their minds a bit because the pillows are shipped from china rather than aus… most things - good and bad are manufactured in China, so baring that in mind this isn’t a bad thing in and of itself.

I was worried to see all the 1 star reviews a few days after placing my order and was about to ask snoozu for a refund. Glad I didn’t and that I had waited it out instead.

It does take up to 2 weeks to arrive so there is that. One star removed for lack of communication regarding ETA. If you have the Shopify app, you get tracking info pretty much the day after placing your order. It’s an auspost tracking number so you won’t see any tracking history until (imo) the pillow arrives to aus from China.

One of the reviews I saw here claimed that the pillow is just sponge and not memory foam. This one really had me worried - can confirm however that it is in fact memory foam. They probably failed to figure it out through their sinophobic lense.

My pillow only just arrived today in the post so I am yet to see how it actually performs, but baring in mind how it arrived in, how it looks and feels - this is 100% what they have advertised on their website. Just set the expectation for yourself that it will take a couple of weeks to arrive in, that’s the only downside with ordering from them.

Scam

Ad came on facebook. Claimed they were a NZ company, statisfaction guaranteed or money back. I thought what could go wrong.. paid $158 for two then recieved no order confirmation. 1 week later thought it was weird I hadnt heard anything, read the reviews on here and was like ohh thats what happened.. emailed them to cancel, they replied said it was too late as it had been shipped. Pillows arrived today.. from China - complete crap and waste of money. Has chamged the way i shop online now.

This company is definitely dodgy

This company is definitely dodgy. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. Their refund policy an absolute joke and is in no way acceptable to the nz consumers act. They do not have stock in nz and sent directly from China. Only way I received a refund was due to the fact that I payed by PayPal. Would not recommend paying with credit card.

They are such scammers.
Please, don’t buy this pillow. It is awful, uncomfortable, has a chemical smell.
And they will never return your money back.
I didn’t use the pillow, only opened and then put it back to the same bag. They said they not gonna return money, as it was on sale. But even the sale price is more than twice expensive than everywhere else. However on their website with a huge letters saying that if you are not satisfied than 60 days money back guarantee.
That’s it from me.

Misleading and false information

Misleading and false information, almost got roped into spending over $100 NZD on a pillow that you can get from Temu, Facebook post full of great comments about the pillows which are clearly fake to try trick people, glad I looked into it before purchasing some cheap crap

Scam company. Do not purchase

This is a complete scam. I wish I had done my due diligence prior to placing my order but I unfortunately did not.
Yes you receive a pillow but it is NOT memory foam, it’s just regular foam. It does NOT come from New Zealand, it’s shipped directly from China (probably the same place that ships the identical pillow from Temu). They do NOT stand by their “try risk-free for 60 days” that their website offers.
You cannot return the pillow unless it has been unopened (comes rolled up in a bag so impossibly to try even through packaging).
I have an email from them confirming I cannot return it once it’s opened, and even if you return it unopened, they still have the right to refuse a refund and they have confirmed they will keep the pillow as well as your money if they decide not to refund you.
This business is operating unethically, against the fair trading act and has false advertising on their website.
I have filed a report to the commerce commission and would suggest anyone else do so too if they have fallen for this website and their lies. The company stopped replying to my emails when I asked questions.
Dodgy as. Do NOT purchase from them. Buy the same pillow from Temu at a fraction of the cost.

SCAMMERS...STOP BUYING!!!

SCAMMERS...DO NOT TRUST THEM… I purchased a pillow from Snoozu online store which, according to the product description, was advertised with the following features: Oeko Tex 100 Standard, RDS Certified AND with the advertised content: TRY SNOOZU RISK-FREE FOR 60 DAYS. Upon receiving the product, I found that the first two claims are not accurate. This constitutes a breach of both the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). And the seller refused to accept the return after 3!!! days with the stupid answer: As the item has been used and was purchased on sale, it unfortunately falls outside our refund policy. To be eligible for a return or refund, products must be unused, still in their original packaging, and not purchased as part of a discounted promotion. This is another breach of the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trade Act.
Three LIES in one ad!!!
DO NOT BUY from this company!!!!!!! Research for a trustworthy and transparent company!
Only way to receive a refund is a payment by PayPal. Would not recommend paying with credit card.

SCAMMERS...DO NOT TRUST THEM…

The company offer a 60 day money back garuntee as they want their customers to be happy. Unfortunately the pillow really hurt my neck and caused awful headaches.
I emailed them straight away and they asked for photos of the pillow. They then asked for a video. Sent a video and they came back saying the video shows the pillow isn't faulty and its been used so no refund. .
This is not how a 60 day money back garuntee works and I'm sure if they really are the NZ company they say they are then they would be well aware this goes against the consumer garuntees act in NZ.
Another red flag is the shipping is from China and the pillow looks identical to ones on the likes of temu.
Also they offer a pillowcase to fit the pillow. Never received this either.
Do not trust these scammers.
I am in the process of investigating further and will dig deeper. Will also be contacting their payment sources to advise they are scamming people.

I recently purchased a pillow from their website

I recently purchased a pillow from SnoozuOfficial.com after being drawn in by their sleek advertising and promise of a money-back guarantee if not satisfied. However, the experience quickly raised red flags.

Firstly, the product appears to be part of a drop-shipping operation. The pillow was shipped directly from China and resembles generic designs readily available on platforms like Temu, often at a fraction of the price.

The pillow itself is extremely soft, and collapses easily hence there is not much head support. The fill material also feels inconsistent with what is advertised, raising doubts about the actual composition and quality.

The most disappointing part of the experience was the refund process. Despite their advertised money-back guarantee, I was informed that refunds are only granted if the product is unused and still in its original packaging. That makes little sense for a product that needs to be used in order to evaluate comfort. After submitting unnecessary photos and videos, I was ultimately denied a refund — which contradicts the customer satisfaction guarantee they promote.

This entire process left me feeling that Snoozu is misleading customers with deceptive advertising and a refund policy designed to discourage valid returns. In my opinion, this business operates more like a fraudulent e-commerce setup than a genuine brand invested in quality or customer care.

If you're considering a Snoozu pillow, I would recommend researching other options — especially brands that are transparent about their origin, materials, and truly honor their return guarantees.
