Subscription Scam

As Leane A says, this is a subscription scam. I purchased 2 pillowcases, at a ‘discounted’ rate of £19 each. By purchasing at the ‘discounted’ rate, you are opting in to the Snoozy Collective, £19 a month (it actually says $19, but I was charged £19). The ‘benefits’ of said collective are discounts on future purchases!!! The information is in the small faded print underneath the shipping details. Absolutely designed to mislead for financial gain.

Subscription Scam

When you buy a pillowcase, not sure about other items, they trick you into setting up a subscription, not sure what it’s for- they’ve sent no email giving me the details thus making it difficult to cancel the subscription. After my first payment of £29, I have been charged another £19 and then another £19 two weeks later so it’s not even a monthly subscription. The subscription is a complete scam.

It is unfortunate to see this review and i do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We had a fire at our warehouse on the weekend before your order. Unfortunately, this removed our ability to fulfill orders for the next few months.

An email was sent to you on Wednesday advising about the situation, can you kindly check your junk/spam folder?

We looked at the opportunity of fulfilling this for you, unfortunately, the product has been affected as a result of the incident and we issued a full refund for you Monday 19th with a credit memo (Full Refund) and note attached.

Dreadful

Dreadful. No contact from them. I had to Email them for a update to be told there was a fire and my order had been cancelled.still waiting for refund

It is extremely disappointing to see a one star review,

We had an incident at our warehouse and we had to cancel all active orders, this has caused significant delays and issues for us and i would like to apologise for some delays with communication.

I can see you've also contacted us by Live Chat and have been advised of the timeframe. A refund was issued to you on the 13th of December, refunds leave our bank immediately and can take up to 7-10 working days for your bank to collect the funds.

I can see several emails have been sent to the email address we've on file.

We did send a mass email to all customers informing them of this.

In your case i can see payment has been made by BACs, there is no facility to automatically refund BAC's payments and we're still awaiting this information from you. When this is received a refund will be issued within 24 hours.

Again, i would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This has been a very difficult start for a new family-run business.
