Completely Unacceptable Chemical Smell

I am extremely disappointed with this pregnancy pillow.

The moment I unpacked it, I was hit with a very strong, overwhelming chemical smell coming from the filling. This is a product specifically marketed for pregnant women, and yet it smells like harsh chemicals. That should honestly be unacceptable.

I tried to ignore it at first and even used it for one day, thinking maybe the smell would fade. It didn’t. When my husband came near it and noticed the odor, he was so concerned that he literally took the pillow away from me because he didn’t want me exposed to these chemicals.

A pregnancy product should feel safe and comforting, not toxic. Instead of helping me sleep better, it caused stress and frustration.

I would absolutely not recommend this pillow. The smell alone makes it unusable.

I love all the prints. The two minuspoints are: The feeding pillow had a strong smell from the filling that took months to dissapear. I bought this pillow in March and gave birth in August. Till this time i used the pillow for sleeping.Too little filling that with breastfeeding you have to buy extra filling pushing the amount spent too high. Whilst breastfeeding the filling keeps moving therefore giving no support for the arm on it.

Great customer service! We love our Snoozzz feeding pillow. I recently ordered an additional cover for it which unfortunately was lost in the mail, but Snoozzz was very responsive when I reached out about my lost order and was quick to replace it when they were unable to locate it.
