Comfortable and great fitting underwear. I use them for my sauna sessions. Very easy to place the cooling pack which lasts for my whole 20 minute session. Would buy again.

This underwear will change your life; the ice pack sometimes requires adjustment, and they tend to slide up a bit, but they are great for home use! I wear these every day, and although they are not discreet, they are still great for home use.

I use these in the sauna, and they do an excellent job keeping the testicles cool.

A few notes on how to get the best experience, you need to have multiple packs and you might need to size up.

My sauna rotation is approx an hour in a 60-70 Celsius sauna. I will cycle the packs every 20 minutes which allows me to keep everything cool.

The three stars go for the concept. The cooling pads don’t cool enough or for as long as expected, and they get hot quickly. Sadly, the reason I bought them was to use them in the Sauna to protect my testicles from overheating, but it doesn’t help. Other than that, the pads are poorly designed in terms of size and shape, they don’t cover the whole area, and the materials are uncomfortable.

Packs don’t stay cold long. Underwear are kind of subpar. This was quite a overhyped product with poor execution.

Your underwear are briefs that fit just right. Rate them 5 stars .

Extremely over priced for the quality (low), functionality (ice in underwear), and over value delivered.

The underwear is as cheap as it gets lol. Order them and you will see what I mean. I’m embarrassed for this company or the dude that started it.

The ice pack is poorly designed in very way and is so thin you can expect it to stay cold for about 10 minutes in a sauna if that at only 130degree F. The edges of the ice pack are extremely sharp and will scratch you skin.

Overall, I highly regret this purchase. I will just find a small ice pack, stick that into a sock and then into my underwear for when I use the sauna.

Overall, my experience with this product has been positive, spanning from the impressive packaging to the high-quality material of the underwear. However, a notable drawback is the sizing. Despite typically wearing small to medium-sized underwear, I ordered three packages in medium, only to find them uncomfortably tight. Unfortunately, wearing them resulted in discomfort and even some pain in my testicles due to excessive pressure, even without the ice pack. I'm giving it three stars primarily because, in my experience, every other medium-sized underwear I've purchased has either fit well or been slightly loose.

My order came in with damaged cooling packs, I reached out to customer service and within 2 days I had 4 replacement packs! Really appreciate them taking care of their customers. Product itself is great and zero issues there.

Horrible customer support.

They ignore my completely and just say "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out."

I use them daily for my sauna sessions, and they’re exactly what I needed. The underwear is soft and high quality, and the ice packs fit nicely and cool for a full 30+ minute sauna session.

The gel packs don’t last long at all. One of my gel packs leaked. Underwear design is ok, but it is way cheaper and efficient to just put on ice pack under your balls. Waste of money. And their return policy is garbage. It should be, that if returned, no questions asked. Instead they say that if they are used they wont accept them. How will you know how they perform unless you use them?

Im still wating for my product, it didn´t arrived yet.

I recently had a reverse vasectomy procedure, and my neighbor told me about these underwear. Happy with the purchase itself, as they are great and comfortable underwear. However, my neighbor is an affiliate for your company, and although his exact affiliate link was used, he did not receive credit for my purchase.

Have tried all of the cooling underwear. This is nice for the ice packs but they don’t last more than 30 minutes or so. Ideally they would be able to be worn without ice and keep tested cool. For snowballs: Sizing runs small. Pouch isn’t contoured enough. Would be nice if the inside of the pouch was mesh/bamboo so the ice packs would disproportionately transfer cooling to testes. Poor value considering high price.

Ice packs are cheap and flimsy. Underwear is very uncomfortable. This was a total waste of money.
