I got a load of products with snow foam back in 2025, I usually like to completely finish a product before reviewing and that’s what I did. To start off, I ordered a full kit, spray gun, interior, exterior, pretty much anything you can get. When I went to wash my car using one of their guns it would not fire.I tried everything I could think and still no luck, so I gave the team a call and they suggested I buy a new hose… ( not a great start 💀) I continued using their products for a while, the products themselves are great. I have no complaints about the formula of any of their products, they all do the job well and they smell great. The only complaints I would have regarding the products would be the packaging. All of my products are left in one spot in a secure organiser in the boot of my car, yet somehow, half of my products were disappearing between uses until they were gone and I found a colourful patch of carpet in my car where the products were leaking. Would buy again if they fixed the packaging

I would like to leave a great review for these guys and a big thank you aswell they went above and beyond for my pick up order after a few concerns i had they got in touch with me and reassured me and made sure my order was ready and all there anf i all so like to ad these products are excellent quality and will definitely be reordering with confidence that a professional service will be delivered thanks again guy cheers

Horrible Customer service can't even really rate the product as i haven't even received it. It's been over a month since I put and order in and no confirmation about shipping or anything. I've tried to make contact and haven't heard anything in reply would 100% not recommend

put an order in, waited a few days and then cancelled due to error in pricing on there website. need to sort out there customer service. went to a competitor who was awesome to deal and dispatched same day with a better deal

Spent $400 on my first order. They didn't have the snow gun in stock so they sent me an email saying that they would ship my order in a few days when they received the shipment. It then took about a week after the expected due date for them to ship my order.

They never replied to any of my follow 3x up emails when I was checking up on the status of the order. I needed the goods so that I could detail my car before I sell it, so it is costing me money by having them delay sending it out.

When my order finally arrived, it was missing the snow gun and no explanation was given as to why. I then emailed them informing them that they didn't send the snow gun and did not get a reply.

I tried contacting them on their IM chat service on their website, but they are non-responsive. I tried calling but their voicemail just redirects to their support email address.

Rubbish and Misleading!
Looked to take advantage of the bundle builder option on their website which indicated if you bundle up things into one kit you will save 20%. This is actually not the case, as I phoned them up to find out why across a few items there was no saving. I found out that you actually have to buy a substantial amount of stuff to get any form of saving. So pretty much a waste of time - and I would say that without any form of saving, their products are pretty expensive for what they are.

Brilliant product , why did no one tell me about it before.

Amazing and high-quality detergents, lances and guns. Very impressed, had no issues and customer service is exceptional. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends, families and car-lovers alike! 10/10

These guys are great! I bought my first snow foam lance from these guys last year as a gift for my dad. After using it and seeing how great it works I got one for myself and my friends as it's the ultimate bday present.
Also, super helpful service and fast delivery as standard.

Snow Foam really helps my weekend wash 10/10
