Bought as a gift, lovely quality, however, even though they are oversized, they do come up big. Would still recommend. Easy ordering and prompt delivery at a busy time of the year.

I ordered ski shoes 28th of November with Black Friday deals, after waiting almost 3 weeks, the delivery company returned the item back from their warehouse because the package was too HEAVY!!!. It seems that they report package less than actual weight!
I tried to explain to the customer service that I do not want them to return since I purchased with a good deal not to lose it. And I asked them to send me a new one. I thought it was fair because I did nothing wrong. They do not listen or care what you request, they only reply with a template like a auto-message no matter what you request.
At the end (After 1 month!) they said that they cannot send a new item, I need to order a new one instead. I have lost the advantage of Black Friday deals from all the other sellers and now I have to pay more !!!

Order 28th of November of a ski jacket. Promised to be on stock, and to be deliver 11th December. I call the Customer Service (after 45 minutes and 3 attempts), "we don't know where it is, we are waiting for it from our supplier (so they lied when they wrote it was on stock), you have to wait, we are sorry, and we won't give you even 5 euros discount to support your issue, it is what it is". Never saw so bad customer service, I recommend you escape from them !!! except if you want to wait for ever what you have ordered !!

I ordered ski clothing on December 22 and paid an extra 400 SEK for delivery on December 23 or 24. The package will not be delivered until December 29.

Terrible experience - items listed in stock where not, customer service unhelpful and could not substitute items before Christmas, so generated responses despite 2 weeks of chasing they managed to fully disappoint and not deliver equipment for 2 children’s trip of a lifetime to the slopes. Hugely disappointing.

Product was as advertised, but the shipping estimates were terrible. It was over a week late (and so the item didn’t arrive in time for the holiday we intended it for). The tracking information showed that it took a scenic tour across Europe... Spain -> Netherlands -> UK -> Netherlands -> UK (yes it bounced between the UK and Netherlands for a few days according to the tracking information!!)
Just be aware that these products are NOT shipping from the UK. So they take a long time to arrive, and will be VERY costly and difficult to return (if it’s the wrong size, for example). So I tend to use SnowInn (and the similarly named sister-sites) for items that don’t really need much in the way of guesswork for sizing.

I have been shopping on Tradeinn and their subsites (Trekinn, Snowinn, etc.) for quite a long time now, and over this period I have probably spent around 3.600+ euros with them. Until recently, everything was more or less fine, the products are perfect, oroginal and arrived within the expected timeframes and the overall shopping experience was pretty nice.
However, their customer support is absolutely terrible. You are constantly forced to communicate with chatbots, and it is barely impossible to reach a real person who can actually help you when something goes wrong. On top of that, their business mindset is disappointing. Despite being a long-term and loyal customer, they have never offered me any kind of loyalty discount, reward, or appreciation for repeated purchases.

It was very straight forward to order, and delivery was on time like they predicted. Actually faster then you order inside the UK. Definitely will come back.

It's a good legitimate site. I would happily use again.
The only thing you have to be aware of is delivery times as they are not UK based. If you need something in a hurry use another company but if you aren't then they are great. Ski boots took 19 days to be delivered.

I placed my order on 29 November. Three weeks later, it still had not been delivered. There was no proactive communication from the company at any point.
Due to the lack of delivery, I requested a full refund a week ago. Today I was informed that a refund is not possible because they have now shipped part of the order.
Very poor customer experience from start to finish. No transparency, no accountability, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. I strongly advise against buying from this company unless you are prepared to wait indefinitely and potentially struggle to get your money back.

When message about a delivery that when missing with Royal Mail . I got told I would have to want until the package was returned to them before I could get a refund I gave it a month with no sign of the package returning if sent at all will never shop will any of the inn.com website again the treatment i received made it feel like a Scam website be careful people

Skiing helmet was originally ordered with a delivery date a week before my skiing trip. The delivery was then put back to after my trip with no email or explanation. When I enquired was told that they had issues with their supplier.
After a conversation with them on message system. Found a different helmet on there website that boldly claimed IN STOCK - GET IT NEXT DAY IF ORDERED BY SUCH AND SUCH.
Ordered helmet arrived 4 days late.
Therefore unable to give product review, looks nice but untested.
However review for SnowInn they need to be more honest with their ability to fulfil deliveries.
