Great goggles I wasn't sure if they would be any good for the price but I was pleasantly surprised. What a great pair of goggles with the bonus of a yellow lense for white out days. Comfy goggles that look great much better than my Oakleys !

Great value gloves probably best suited to higher altitude dry snow conditions. Cuffs can be tricky to fit under sleeves. I used for Scottish winter mountaineering in March and they were warm enough. Could do with being bigger - the XL was tight on my hands.

I got a pair of the classic ski work gloves in black and wore them a few times at an indoor slope then a couple of days on a ski holiday in the Alps. They are so warm, waterproof and comfy but the stitching came undone after 5 months since I bought them. Snow Shepherd offered to replace for a similar pair which was great customer service. The gloves have a 1-year warranty and the company honoured this. Definitely recommend the company for quality and service!

These mittens are above and beyond in quality. Way better than “popular” brands you see in the resorts.

Quick efficient service and quality gloves

Amazing customer service, I made a mistake with my order. The order was cancelled and refunded straight away. Another order was raised and the item was with me in less than 48hrs. I have now bought a further 2 similar items which arrived promptly. All items bought, 5 in total are of an excellent build. I will use them again and I will recommend to anyone.

the service was great and the googles look fab and do fit over my glasses!! but they don’t fit my helmet very well, so i need to return them.

Felt the cold in my current gloves this year and the palm pads are worn out.

These are a different beast. Robust construction and very warm. Looking forward to testing them out up a mountain!

Quick and efficent delivery service of quality prodcuts.

I had high hopes for this company after it was recommended by a friend. I ordered a pair of gloves and two pairs of goggles. The order arrived quickly and without issue, which briefly gave me confidence that I’d made a good choice.

Sadly, that confidence did not last. One pair of goggles was faulty, the other was technically wearable but of distinctly “wish I hadn’t bothered” quality. The gloves, to be fair, are great — although sadly they can’t be used to applaud customer service.

I have since sent two emails asking how to return the faulty goggles and have been met with complete silence. There is no visible returns process in my account either. Taking my money was swift and efficient; dealing with a faulty product appears to be where the company draws the line.

I always judge a business by how it handles things when they go wrong, and in this case the response has been… nothing. It will be genuinely interesting to see whether the company responds to this review, or whether I should expect the same level of communication I’ve received so far — absolutely none.

A real shame. I had high hopes, but sadly they appear to be better at selling products than standing behind them.
