A return at own expenses (no exhange required) never reached the final adress - as provided with the returning instructions. Have the strong impression that adress and contact phone details are fake and goods not intended to reach the final consignee. As a result there is no refunding of the returned goods.

100% Scam
100% Scam. Base layer will fit a five year old, no where near adult size like they promised. Also bought snow pants XL which was still to small. The measurements on the chart are complete fake. Also bought a snow suit which is no where near made for winter conditions. The shipping is very expensive given they ship from China I believe which is hard to return. They will try to give you gift cards for future purchase just to get scammed again. Stay away from this company.

My daughter really liked snowboard pants from here. I reluctantly purchased not knowing anything about the company but I ordered anyway. BAD DECISION! I followed the measurements to a "T" but the pants could fit someone two sizes larger. According to website, I met all details for returning/exchange but was told I would only receive 1/2 back. $130 purchase + $20 shipping and they offered me $60. Uh, no! Please go somewhere else. Website is full of lies and deceit. And the sizes are wrong.

Brought a snow coat from them. It was delivered quickly with perfect packaging. I can’t believe the quality of it is so great at this price. I’m going buy one for my husband as his Christmas gift.
