Wow I wish I wouldn’t read the reviews before ordering, I ordered in February I have reach out to customer care and they haven’t responded

***edit**** they sent me 2 bandanas. I paid close to $50 and they sent me bandanas. Sent them a photo of the tracking number on the package to prove it. No response.

I ordered the Faja shapewear 5 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I spoke with customer service on Messenger (they only responded there and not by email) and was told it may be delayed and that they would work with me to solve the issue. I've emailed and messenger them countless time since then with zero response! I just want a refund, please!! I was really looking forward to my shapewear, I wont be buying anything from a FB ad ever again.

Ordered some shapewear over a month ago, still haven’t received them yet! Tracking is saying delivered which they wasn’t, the emails keep telling me enroute. I’ve asked for a refund several times , I’m not understanding why this company think it’s ok to HIGH JACK MY MONEY

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They subscribe you to a “vip membership “ and you CANT cancel. I haven’t received one item from them. They keep sending a “we are busy” email regarding your order for months. I been trying for 3 months, had to change my cc. TRUST ME DONT BUY HERE!!

I have reported these to
Action fraud.
Trading standards.
Also report their few positive reviews as fake to trustpilot.

I suggest others do the same, shut this scam down!!!!!

Not even worth a single but I had choose it as it won’t let me comment without it…so my question is - how no one did actually try to stop them ? Knowing that they cost people loosing a lot of monies ? How can we report them ?as I’m pretty sure everyone here same as me have undeniable proofs screenshots and messages
They have say that your order has been placed and then trying to send you screenshots to prove that you actually have ordered something

1000% a scam. I so far have lost $141 and haven't received a single item. I ordered a supposed cardigan in May and it is now almost August. The then charged me $63 stating I signed up for a VIP purchase when I did not. I asked them to cancel the cardigan and refund me and they just keep sending automated messages saying they cant refund me and they will not confirm any kind of cancellation. I cancelled in June only to be charged again in July. THIS IS A SCAM I have had such a headache and my bank is trying to dispute.

Like everyone else below has said, they add the Sntchd VIP membership to your order without your knowledge. You only find this out in the order confirmation email after the fact. Then one month later, you’ll be charged $50 recurring every month. Thankfully my bank declined the charge as suspicious. But now my card is cancelled and I have to get a new one! Oh and the clothes ship from China so don’t expect to get it for a month!

LADY RESPONDS TO EMAIL WHEN YOU WISH TO CANCEL, lies about not having gotten your payement and then once you get the package the swimsuits themselves are poor quality. AND THEY CHARGE YOU 50$ a month after your purchase without consent

Ordered first order for my girlfriend arrived after a few weeks, she liked and order a few more at beginning of may and still not arrived, multiple emails and will not cancel order just saying it will arrive soon, also as a lot of other people have experienced they tried to take £50 out of bank for vip no idea what it is and didn’t agree to this terrible company hopefully no one else uses this site

So I complained a lot about not getting item they arrived after nearly 2 months. They look like someone drop shipped them from a really dodgy site.

They also take money out off account without permission saying they’ve signed you up to some dodgy vip account literally avoid at all costs

SCAM! They signed me up to some vip membership without consent, charged me, and then after i cancelled the membershio they have continued to take money from my account, despite telling me they wouldnt. Still trying to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would have rated negative stars!!! It's a scam never sent the item a month and a half later but have charged me for a membership i didn't agree to!! They have sent emails promising the item but refuse to respond and cancel the "VIP membership" what's VIP about it? They get free money from unsuspecting customers! I am disputing the charge and closing my card!

It's been two months and still nothing from them. Please, please, please, avoid like the plague. Just go to Target.

How do i block them from my bank got an email saying thank you for your order of 63 pound i haven't ordered anything else after still waiting for my fluffy pjs and still aint recieved them

Brought some nice fluffy pj's, ordered over 6 weeks ago. Still haven't received, they are refusing to issue refund. Also charged me £50 for a "VIP membership" that I was unaware was added to my original order automatically. Upon ordering one item it apparently signs you up to then pay 50 a month...absolute joke! Still trying to get my money back

Absolute scam!!!! took payment tracking order never changed from packing, ring number it went through to some poor man being hounded from sntchd complaints and has nothing to do with company! got emails that lead nowhere only leading me on to try take another payment of £50!! Original payment was only £15..
First payment was just over 1 month from attempting to take second unauthorised payment so my advise cancel your card if u have already paid and waiting for nonexistent item, can only suspect other reviews stating they got product is apart of the scam

Do not use this site. Scammers. Take a payment then take another 49 a few weeks later. Am out of 70 pound. Bank is now involved to try get my money back. If u have ordered off them then call your bank asap and cancel your card and get a new one so they can’t rob u another 49 a few weeks after your order is placed. Ordered product 23rd may and then on the 24th June took the bigger payment. U have been warned do not use this website
