Would not recommend for large breeds(Cane Corso)

Having ordered this bed under the impression that the premium price and advertising would reflect its quality, I was very disappointed with the Monza Faux Leather Dog Lounger.

Upon arrival, the faux leather felt subpar compared to previous beds I’ve owned; however, I gave the product the benefit of the doubt, assuming it would be durable. I was wrong. The bed lasted less than a week. I have purchased significantly cheaper beds from Amazon that have outlasted this one.

As the owner of a Cane Corso, I’ve found that high-quality leather beds usually work best. In my experience, brands like BingoPaw typically last over a year, but the material quality here was nowhere near that standard—especially considering the premium price point.

I reached out to customer service, assuming that my specific item might have been a "lemon" that didn't reflect their usual standards. I initially hoped to utilize the 2-year warranty to resolve the situation. While I was assured that their quality is normally very high and a replacement could be issued, I later received an update stating that the warranty did not cover my specific circumstances, instead being labelled as 'normal wear and tear'. This is frustrating, as the advertised durability certainly did not match the product I received, and now the assuring warranty counts less than a full weeks usage as active usage leading to 'common' wear and tear .As a customer I feel cheated as I have essentially purchased a £50 week lasting bed without any warrenty.

While these beds may be suitable for smaller breeds, I cannot recommend this company for large breed owners. My experience might be a "worst-case scenario," but I believe it is important to share this perspective before others commit to such an expensive dog bed.

Genuinely so happy

Genuinely so happy. I bought two beds size medium. They came bigger than I thought even after pre-measuing at home. (Which was a bonus for me)
Really good quality as well for the price! I had gobe to multiple pet store prior and the prices were so high for cheaper beds. My dogs love them. X

Happy pooch, amazing quality bed and incredibly fast service!

I'm sat here gobsmacked at the speed of delivery and the quality of the bed that's just arrived on our doorstep 1 1/2 hrs ago.

I was looking for a new orthopaedic bed for our greyhound and it had to have a supportive mattress, as well as high bolsters. And I couldn't find it in my to spend £150 on one from some other options out there.

And I only randomly came across Snug & Cosy yesterday morning, and OH MY GOODNESS what a find! I feel like I robbed them considering the fantastic value for the quality of the bed.

I placed the order yesterday at 8.33am and got an XL bed delivered today at 9.03am. I was expecting 2-4 business days. I guess we were lucky somehow and I'm so so pleased it got here in time for the weekend. I was desperate to get rid of the old tatty bed!

My greyhound is currently snoozing away in his new glorious bed, and he looks the cosiest he's been in ages!

It didn't take too long for the inner cushion and bolsters to fluff up after being vacuum sealed, so we put it to use pretty much straightaway.

For a dog who spends about 22hrs a day in his bed, our greyhound will absolutely adore it, and my partner is now insisting we order him 2 more beds for other rooms in the house!

Love, love, love this bed! A 2nd one if definitely on the cards soon.

Thank you, Snug&Cosy! :)

All was going well…

All was going well, sadly they were out of stock of the bed I ordered, but they emailed with options and I changed the colour. That then arrived but with the other part of my order missing. I now can’t get a response from them.

My cocker spaniel loves the bed

I came across Snug and Cosy in a local garden centre and decided to browse their website. They have a good range of bed which i really like. I ordered the bed and a separate matching cover. It arrived but i did not opened till 3 months later when the previous dog bed finally retired. Only then i realised they sent a wrong cover. I sent them a message via thier website and received reply. Stacey who has been helpful rectified the matter and sent a replacement cover. My cocker spaniel really loves the bed. Love the print!

Crap wouldn't bother!

Crap! Write up states "strong gnaw resistant material ideal for lively puppies and avid chewers"

Our lively puppy (9 months) who is a chewer, ate every corner of the bed within 3 hours. Apparently though this doesn't seem to be an issue with the company who said it's gnaw resistant not gnaw proof.... 3 hours in my book is not even resistant! Shocking!

Clearly a scam company, dealing from a warehouse in a back street, no garden centre as far as the eye can see.

Promised a replacement if a cheaper bed! Still waiting over a week later. Scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Can't give 0 or I would!

Amazing quality

Amazing quality! Perfect size and durable material… with a hefty Bulldog I needed something he can roll around in and not lose shape… but also something easy to clean! Brilliant and of course, the Union Jack is a must!

Took £100 but haven't sent the items or replied to emails.…

Like others here Snug&CosyPets took my money (just under £100) back in December but provided nothing and have not responded to email or by filling in their form on the website.
I've been buying their dog beds for 10 years - the quality is great - but this service is rude, intolerable and dishonest. They should at least have the guts to respond to their customers.
Their website today had the gall to offer me 10% off anything I ordered! They have no phone number - not sure what I'm supposed to do now.

Did not deliver, ignores request for refund

Unfortunately, this company has claimed that my order (over £150 in value) had been delivered to neighbour, but after canvassing my neighbours (as their courier did not leave a missed delivery note) this is not the case. They also cannot provide any proof of delivery. Now, they are simply ignoring my request for a refund as they did not provide the products paid for. Do not use this company.

Seemingly Ignores Negative Product Ratings

I ordered the "gnaw resistant" Pescara bed for my spaniel puppy from Snug and Cosy, as I need something he won't chew through easily. The many product reviews were all four and five star, so that encouraged me to take a punt despite the relatively high price.

The bed arrived and my pup had chewed through the fabric within five minutes. "Gnaw resistant" my foot.

I left a two star review of the bed on Snug and Cosy's website, so other owners of chewy dogs would know this. They haven't published it. It seems they've published another four or five star review since I submitted mine and they certainly sent me an email acknowledgement of my review (with a coupon for a further order) so I know they have it. But it's been five days now and it's not been added to the product's page, which should be a fairly automated process.

On further inspection, I noticed that none of the products on their site has anything less than a five star rating (the Pescara is rounded up from 4.8), if they have any rating at all. This seems incredibly unlikely - that they're knocking it out of the park every time with every product - and just makes the absence of my rating all the more sus.
