The Snug Bookshop and Cafe located in Langport Somerset. Everything you see from their website and on Google suggests they are a family run friendly local bookshop where you could snuggle down with a coffee and a book. However, this may be the case if you are a walk in customer, but be WARNED.....
DO NOT buy online. Everything seems to be on Back Order. They will take your money, and when you chase them on delivery updates you will hear NOTHING.
Based on recently found Google reviews - If you post on social media... they will instantly remove your comments rather than reply or offer an update.
Phone calls do not get answered and emails disappear into the ether.
I couldn't find them on Companies House, and their current website suggest they may have been a recent rebrand in 2025.
Facebook research shows a newspaper article dated 21 March (year unknown but believed to be 2025) suggesting a possible pending closure due to outstanding debts of 7.5K.
If only they would reply to emails keeping their customers up to date and also deliver on their contracts.
