Exactly what i needed, and seems to work flawless

All good except for 2 things. My right ear is incredibly painful during / after use. Also it’s not explicit that you have to have anything round your neck. I planned to use them at night - I don’t like having something round my neck. The photos of people using the Zen+ bluetooth plugs cover up how the thing works. Also I’ve not had any reply since saying the right earplug is too painful to use. An expensive mistake.

Ordering a replacement pair of snugs was a positive experience all the way: no more sending of an inner ear model due to reuse of previous data, quick yet perfect handling of the order, and at a more sustainable price level.

My wife is very happy to have custom fit buds and she can now run in her headphones without them falling out. All the generic buds she’d ordered from Amazon had never been the right size.

Easy and efficient process.

Fast appointment for moulds. Really interesting to see their facility in Treborough. They were even kind enough to laugh at my bad jokes! Received plugs in the post just in time for some decent surf. I highly recommend Snugs. Thanks very much!

My experience with dealing with snugs is good. I absolutely hate the product (snugs go) and I will definitely not be using them. I guess I expected something else, they sort of work but they look like crap, make the bud stick out super far from the ear, my buds don't really fit very well in them, there's no indexing for how they fit together and they are a pita to get in the ear, once they are in the ear I can't remove them without pulling the buds from the snugs thingy that is still stuck in my ear. This could have been executed so much better.

As far as customer experience goes I'm totally happy with snugs.com.

My Snug Pro’s took a while to arrive. Apparently there had been a quality issue making mine, but it’s good to know there is a quality check.
Comfortable to wear and the sound quality is excellent with the Airpod pro’s. A bit fiddly to fit the airpods. The noise cancelling is good but I thought it might have been better. The actual Snugs are smaller than I expected.

I ordered some of these and had a very minor issue. You can always tell how good a company are when you have a problem and these guys are amazing. I got replacement items that addressed my issue in less than 3 weeks. (Given that these are a custom made product that is a good turnaround). The product is an amazing fit and I finally have something that fits my ears without falling out. Perfect.

The best earplugs there is. Can’t sleep without them & sleep incredibly with them. Thank you!

Work a treat, very comfortable

After loosing a custom pair of moulded ear plugs I needed a new pair quite quickly. The previous company were no longer supplying my ones so after trying various places a local audiologist suggested I looked at Snugs website. Living in Taunton, Somerset, Snugs HQ was only 40 minutes drive a way. I found the website very easy to navigate and found the product range extensive. The list of audiologists available to have ear impressions was very extensive, but what clinched it was the fact that I could go the the Snugs HQ for the impressions to be taken. I purchased two products, the SungsShield and the SungsZen. During the impression stage we were aware that my ear canal was a particularly difficult shape and this may impact on the suitability of the product. On arrival of the finished products, one was not fitting to well, and inline with the guarantee, no quibble this was changed for me. I have even purchased some additional filters to help.

My experience of Snugs is absolutely fantastic. The two ladies who run the business are amazing. Their customer focus, attention to detail is just first class. You can really tell that they put the customer first and certainly try and help if something does go wrong. I would certainly use them again.

Their products are certainly cheaper than my previous custom made ear defenders but I would not say that this has in anyway compromised on the performance.

I appreciate every review is subjective, but my experience has been very positive and I am extremely pleased with the positive, professional and clearly passionate way the business is run.

Good customer service, poor product and slow production / delivery.

I ordered a pair of Snugs Moto and it wasn't a great start from the very beginning. I chose Snugs over one of the competitors as in their list of Audiologists it states an opticians in my town does them. However after purchasing the product and calling them up, they informed me they no longer do ear impressions, which is fine as things change, can't expect Snugs to keep up to date with all the other companies, but I emailed them informing them they no longer do ear impressions, been a few months now, no reply to that email and I can see as from today that optician is still listed.

So onto the production and delivery, it takes a long time. About 3 weeks, but they do tell you this in the FAQ. When I received mine, one ear was very uncomfortable, a part of it was clearly made slightly too big. I emailed Snugs and their customer service is very good, fast reply asking for pictures and said they would remake them. However, bear in mind I had already waited weeks for this, I would of expected them to put them through as a priority, this was not the case, it was another 3 weeks wait for the replacements.

After almost 2 months from the initial order I could finally use my snugs moto, but I was instantly disappointed. The sound quality is absolutely terrible, sounds like the cheap earphones you get from the pound shop, no bass whatsoever and terrible quality in general. Also they don't do a great job in wind noise reduction on a motorcycle (which is why I bought them in the first place). After 30 minutes on the motorway, it feels like I have just left a music concert.

I have now installed a Cardo unit in my helmet and using normal ear plugs. Works a millions times better and much improved sound quality.

Brilliant product from a great company for service, communication and efficiency.
