100% Get your sofa from Snug!

Snug has so many options for style, size and augmentation. We have such a small hallway that getting conventional sofas isn't an option. We went with the Rebel collection and it's fab. The delivery was 2 days after our order and the guys were super helpful and kept in touch about their arrival time. We also paid a little extra for them to remove our old sofa which was so convenient!
Assembly was really quick and easy and the cushions are so plump and comfortable.
Absolutely thrilled with the value and quality and would highly recommend!

Exceptional Service: Thank You, Carly and Snug team!

We've been fans of Snug Sofa for a while, and as we are moving into our new place, we knew exactly what we wanted. Initially, it seemed unlikely that we would get the sofa we wanted due to high demand. However, Carly, the sales representative we were dealing with, went above and beyond to ensure we got the corner sofa, chair, and stool we wanted. Moreover, she made sure everything was delivered on the day we moved in.

Austin sofa

I bought an Austin sofa and it is not comfortable. It is really firm and hard.

I have a white cat and his fur sticks to the sofa, meaning I have to lint roll it down every day. I have had my cat for 10 years and never had this with any other sofa.

Delivered a faulty sofa with no resolution in sight

I ordered a sofa from snug a couple of months ago which arrived last week. We were super excited when we unpacked it as the style and fabric was better than I remembered when we first saw it.

However, it has all been downhill from here, the actual construction of the sofa is very poor, the brackets that that hold the sofa together have either been installed upside down, wonky or out of line. It renders the sofa unusable as it cannot be fully put together or safely used.

We spent nearly three hours going mad trying to assemble it until I contacted Snug for support. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a back and forth where I’m constantly chasing them for answered. I am awaiting a technician to come and fix the issues I have raised, but it’s been over a week and they are ‘still reviewing the pictures’ and every time I context Snug for an update, nothing seems to change.

Overall I just think the product they have provided and their service has been super poor. Not what I would expect when you’ve spent £2k on a new sofa for your first home.

Only positive I have is Snug do reply to my emails in a reasonable time frame, I’m not being ignored, they just don’t seem to be working towards fixing the issues I have raised.

I think there are better sofa companies out there who provide better products and services I wish I had spent my money on instead.

64 days and counting snug(less)…

3/5 stars due to the fact I purchased a sofa in April which has been delayed twice and still not sitting on it……. No reasons given. I was told the night before the 1st scheduled delivery (when I asked them for an update on delivery slots!) that the sofa was delayed by a month. Find out this evening it’s pushed back again, for no apparent reason. I would not have purchased the sofa had I known it would take this long. They have (after disputing hard) compensated on sale price since purchase, but to pay £1500+ for a sofa to be advertised as “fast delivery” is a joke. Will update when (if) the sofa arrives.

Friendly staff

Fatiha in the Islington store was absolutely lovely. She explained everything in detail and was super friendly. It made the whole experience much nicer and we came away with something different (but better) than what we had in mind.

Easy to assemble

Easy to assemble, but not comfortable to sit on. The back rest is below the shoulder, you can’t rest your neck let alone your head. It’s more of a sofa bed than a seater sofa. Disappointing.

Love the sofa, customer service not great

Bought a cloud sundae corner sofa bed which we absolutely love. It's so comfy and exactly what we wanted. Fits perfectly in the space too. I had an initial query about the product which I contacted customer service about who were less than helpful and left me not hugely impressed. I went ahead and bought the sofa anyway as I had fallen in love with it. Delivery partner was poorly organised but the guy who delivered the sofa was very helpful and friendly. There were LOTS of massive boxes! But worth it all in the end. Had a problem with one of the modular units not clipping in, where customer service were more friendly and helpful. They organised someone to come fix it but no one ever contacted me. I managed to fix it myself (the bolt to clip in was the wrong way around) but luckily I'm an engineer who could work it out. I fed this back to customer service with some feedback on the whole experience which was ignored
