Hard to evaluate a product that didn't arrive yet ( express )
The email to evaluate the product here was faster than the product arriving. which didn't arrive so far.
It will be way over the 5 days ( express delivery ) that was planned on the checkout to arrive.

Bad customer service!
Ordered 3 snugzys from the website. 2 of them were fine but 1 had a mark on it that ruined it. I tried to contact customer services email 3/4 times with no response each time.
Awful customer service, will not be buying from them again!

They lie about delivery time
On the website they said ‘buy now and delivery Friday’. After you’ve paid they say delivery 5-7 days which would be to late.
Have emailed and tried to contact but they don’t reply.

Non existent customer service and one very poor printed product
A difficult review for me to write as I have bought and recommended these cushions for years. So much so that I ordered 5 at once for my sister’s family for Christmas this year. 4 were great as usual but one was really blurry and awful (not recognisable). No reply from customer service at all when I asked why I wasn’t told of the pixels weren’t right for the cushion. Loathe to buy another one to replace the bad one and give the company more money. Very disappointed and now not sure what to do about the whole family’s presents

Product was ok , it was loose so didn't really fit tight , looked a bit cheap considering it cost me £30 , I would of expected better quality. But delivery was quick .

Bad quality and no customer service
I have previously ordered twice from snugzy and been happy with my purchases, but this time, the product was awful! The pronting and the quality were sub standard. I have emailed and messaged Snugzy 4 times but had no response.

Not happy with quality of product. We ha ve bought snugsy products before and they were made excellent. Also the “face” was on both sides of the doll. Very sad how this product is not made as well
