Some mishaps can always happen with anyone, but Snusfarmer handled it perfectly.
Delivery and everything else was top class, they even send you some extras, but the product itself was wrong. I received something that technically isn't even in their online store. I ordered ACE X Cosmic Cool Mint. On the store it very specifically says in multiple spots that it is 18 mg/pouch. However, what i got was 11,6 mg/pouch, almost two times weaker to what i ordered. I did some research and apparently there are two versions of this cosmic cool mint. I received this weaker version. Everything points to that. Like, the art style is of the weaker version, while in the store it shows a clearly different image which is of the stronger version. But this other version that i received isn't even sold in this store. Some other shops sell the weaker one and advertise the weaker cosmic cool mint correctly, but snusfarmer is only selling the stronger version, and yet i received the weaker one.

Update: Changing my review to 5 stars. The problem that I had was mostly the supplier's fault. I even saw other vendors having some mislabelling issues with the exact product that I ordered from Snusfarmer. Plus, Snusfarmer was quick to communicate and give me a truly BIG discount voucher. It more than made up for my previous order. And, again, with my new order Snusfarmer was quick to deliver, their support is not annoying AI or anything, but real people that properly communicate and, like previously, they added some extra products for free in my order. Will happily order from here again.
