I have been a loyal customer of Snuskompagniet for quite some time and have generally always been very satisfied.
With my most recent order, there was a delay and I initially did not receive a shipping confirmation or tracking number. Naturally, I became a bit concerned and contacted customer support.
I received a response, and shortly after that the issue was resolved and my order was shipped. The package arrived safely and everything was in perfect condition.
I truly appreciate how the situation was handled and the quick resolution once I reached out. This experience confirmed for me that they have a competent and professional team behind the shop.
Even though there was a small delay, I remain a happy and loyal customer. Thank you for the service!

In the beginning there were some delivery issues, thankfully Ulrik was there to help me and resolve the issue perfectly. They had alot of patience and were very nice! Would order there again for sure!

As a Dane living in Frankfurt city, it is nice with a new stable supplier with a rich catalogue embracing any taste preference with the many exciting variants. Whether I wish to order tobacco or white pouches, it comes with good expiration dates and fast delivery.

Great selection of both traditional and modern items, fast delivery, fair prices and they always have my favorites in stock (very important). I also like that they regularly offer seasonal limited editions. And finally, they have very friendly and helpful customer service. So definitely highly recommended.

Ordering here fore years, no issues so far.

Pros:
-Very fast delivery (3 business days to Poland).
-Very vast choices.
-No duty/tax problems due to shipping from Denmark.
Cons:
Shipping costs 20€ (Poland).
Some cans have their expiry date only a month after delivery (most of them 2 or 2 and a half so not bad).
Bear in mind that they refund cans that are expired or close to being expired.

Must be a SCAM site. Either that or just a very very poor business.
Paid €100 for express delivery on 10tins. No updates for shipping at all.
Emailed after 1 month. Was told they were shipping them that day and that I should recieve my order in 5 to 7 days. Waited another month and still no mail or mail updates.
Absolute joke of a company.

I've been ordering from Snuskompagniet for a few years. Always been very happy with the speed of shipping (maximum 3 workdays from order to my door).
The snus itself is always fresh and has a few months left from the expiration date. Once an item was not shipped because it wasn't in stock anymore and I was instantly refunded without having to reach out myself, which is great. I highly recommend this website for anyone looking to get the best and freshest snus!

I ordered snus for 300 EUR, and they never arrived.
The customer service was terrible!
They wouldn't do anything to help me and was really slow to reply.
Thankfully PayPal resolved the matter and refunded some of my money.
I never got the extra 100 EUR they charge for shipping back tho.
DO NOT BUY HERE!

The Snus they sent me was too old.

After contacting their customer support, they are providing me with a return label along with new cans

The shipping price is a bit high.
But when you buy more stuff it does not change.
The shipping is fast too.
