They've sorted out the shipping issues - Quick delivery this time around. To anyone who is on the fence or had issues last year (which i myself did) - they shipped to uk in about 1 week from israel so not bad at all.
Appreciate them sorting whatever issues they had at the end of 2021. I'll be using again regularly.

I was a bit sceptical after reading the recent bad reviews, but the order went quite smoothly for me. I ordered 4 cans and it took about a month to get to me (to greece). Considering how long the greek post takes to deliver things, i would say that it actually came rather quickly. I did have to pay tax of about 9€ on a 20€ order, but that has nothing to do with the snus company and considering that the shipping itself was free, i didnt even mind the tax. I will be ordering again :)

I was sure this website had turned into a scam site after two huge delays in my last orders. But ordered twice in the past month, received the first as normal. And just received the tracking number for second which shows it is shipped.
Looks like snusline is back to normal.
Would recommend giving them another shot.

No delivery after 6 months
After plenty of patience it has completely run out at this point. 6 months and no delivery of my order and my last email was not even responded to. It took them 2 months to even get a tracking number which was excused by delays from the postal service. Well that tracking number has now expired and my order is nowhere to be found. Their service has worked in the past but has clearly gone downhills since as described by the reviews here. Order #200410816 if anyone cares.
EDIT: I have been asked to remove this review since I have received my order 6 months later. I can edit it, and improve the rating but I see no reason as to why I should remove it completely. Truth is I still had to wait for 6 months for something I had paid for which is not great. But I do appreciate the follow up and eventual solution. I'll improve it from a 1 star to 3.

SCAM! Do NOT order from Snusline
I ordered 30 cans but only received 13. I still had to pay import tax for all ordered cans so in total I ended up paying over 200 euros for 13 cans... Snusline refuses to reimburse me for the missing cans.
Edit: I did also contact La Poste and they told me that only the sender can make a claim. I told this to Snusline customer service, they didn’t care…

All cans were shipped to you, we have confirmation from the post.
CS was in touch with you several times.
If cans were missing upon delivery, you need to contact LaPoste or French customs.
Import tax is something that was inplemented in July 2021 in several EU countries.
Snusline can't do nothing about it.
We are certainly no scam and will continue serving our customers with full motivation!
Attention aux frais de douane
Just remember that you'll have to pay customs fees, apart from that it's ok.

If you did not get them you need to contact Austrian Zoll, packages are sometimes being held with them without notifying the sender/customer.
Everything has been explained to you in the emails, we came up with a solution but you did not respond on time.
You did not contact us for months, time is crucial.
Your orders did not return to us either.

After chasing my order I managed to get attention of Customer Support and a bit more of waiting I received my goods. I can assure this is not scam page and guys are working hard to get everything sorted, just times are difficult and not in their favor.
For others I recommend not to wait till you run out of snus (as I did) and consider placing an order at least a month ahead.

You have received a notification with tracking information.
2 months and still nothing. 4 months and now it was delivered
2 months and still nothing.
They change the status of the order to shipment in progress so they in regards to their own rules do not have to pay back money.
I have asked them why they do not pay me back the money.
I even asked if they could send with ups, but that was impossible.
Will now involve the credit card company.
Alarmbelll should have gone off when saw where the the office was. Israel
Even have to pay extra when the Snus come to Spain just to get out out from the post-office.
Do not order from here.
4 months and the order is completed.
Extra fee 135 euro because this company is outside EU.
Customer experience is minus stars of that was possible. There are other companies that offer the same product, find them

Customer Service has been in touch with you all the way and informed you accordingly.
Snusline has suffered from severe postal issues which caused delays, it was not under our control.
The customs fee you had to pay is not related to Snusline, it is indeed your country's tax for orders made from outside of the EU.
It would have been advisable to be informed before placing the order, to avoid disapointment.
When going through with the order, you automaticly agree with the terms and conditions on our website.
Please carefully read the information put on our website.
Snusline customers know that we have the best prices and a wide assortiment of snus, shipping costs are covered by us as well and therefore customers also take the tax costs into account.
