A real mess

A real mess, and they deleted my first review.. so at the bottom line i payed 120 euros for an order that usually came after a month, but this time this order never arrived, they told me from snusline that it must be held by the greek customs but i called and they had nothing held there for me, on my first order at snusline i had a tracking number and watched my order all the way. But on this one they told me that my country doesn't have a tracking number even when they gave me that on my first order...so in the end i lost 120 euros and the only think i got as an answer is that the order left their store.. will definitely not buy again from this site cause my money and the hours i spent working to get them is worth a bit more than an answer like that

Excellent customs service

Guys, this is my second review about snusline. I was also satisfied in my first one, but I must write my new experience. The postal service lost my last 2 snusline orders (they have difficulties in the staff because of covid), and I wrote my problem to snusline. My maximum expectation was a reply email that they sorry for my loss but it was not their fault (which is true).
BUT they sent me a coupon which covers my 2 lost order!

Stay away from there!

Package never received since more than half a year now and customer service is not even replying anymore! This is completely unacceptable

Marko, the issue is with customs not with us...However, you will be receiving an email with all the details as to how you will be compensated. We have been working hard on a solution for our Austrian customers and are responding on a acase by case basis. Thank you for your patience and your understanding. Good company, has issues.

Good company, just never know when/if you are going to receive your order. I understand that when shipping things across the world it can be difficult sometimes, but majority of the answers I see from customer service are pretty much "we don't know what happened to the order and don't have much information for you". Considering some people are spending hundreds of dollars on their products, I think its a pretty bad answer. Like I say, good company that I have a had great experiences with, just hard to recommend them to someone when you have no idea if the package will even get to you. Its hard for me as a buyer to spend more than 20$ on this site out of fear for not getting the product I spent money on.

"few months"

I just got told my order number 100401659 can take few months. Of course I have an attitude. I mean that's criminal. I could walk to Sweden and buy it myself in few months. Do not recommend.

There is no criminal behaviour on our end; Snusline is a professional company and your order has been shipped in April, which we agree is a while ago. The nature of our product makes it susceptible to sometimes lengthy verification by customs at the destination country. Please let us refer you back to our terms and agreement signed by yourself at the moment of purchase where we make very clear that Snusline cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by merchandise being held by customs at the destination country.

Hello, we had technical issues with migration to our upgraded website and so it seems your order has disappeared. However, we still have all your order information in our system and in reality no information was lost : Your Order #100379690 (placed on March 6, 2021 6:40:42 PM CET)).
You will get your order although we are working on Austrian clients on a case by case basis. The issues is with customs in your country. Although we state clearly that we are not responsible or liable for such occurences, we are taking responsibility and reshipping at our own cost so Austrian clients don't lose. Thank you for your patience as this can take some time.

Delivery time

It's 2 months since my order, nothing's arrived yet. I'm giving up my chance of the delivery.

E: the delivery came after almost 4 months, which is quite far from "fast delivery", half of it was after "best before" date.

I ordered nearly 3 months ago and…

I ordered nearly 3 months ago and haven’t received anything yet! One month ago the customer service said they inform me where my snus is, till today nothing!
155€ in the trash, I am so pissed and will never order again at this site!!!
Also i asked if it is possible to send my snus again or to hand back my money, surprise surprise, no clear answer!!

We are unaware of why packages arriving to Austria are not reaching our clients but can assume that they are being held at customs indefinitely. Snusline packages all our customers goods and airship them out with the firm belief that they will arrive to our customers in a timely manner. Until recently, we have come through and our Austrian customers were happy to have Snusline as the only distributor to ship to Austria. Whatever issue is causing the current situation is being worked on tirelessly for your benefit and ours. we apologize for the inconvenience this is causing in the meantime and hope to have a solution very soon. Reshipment is not option at this point for obvious reasons.

Kann nur jedem empfehlen nicht mehr dort zu bestellen. Fake Tracking für die Order.

Great comeback!

When large parts of my original order did not arrive, customer service was quick to resend the full order. Five stars for the good service, despite the time it took to finally get the order.

unreliable company

After several successful purchases, the last one never arrived. It took 11 months(!) and 16 emails(!) to get my money back. The customer service was helpless. Don't recommend them.

I am really pissed off. I have ordered on the 5 March 2021, (n°100379624 ) and my order is still blocked. I have payed this order 144€ with 25€ of fast delivery, and I’m still waiting for it !
Oh yes I had only one information, my package was blocked at Customs, but there was no way to contact the delivery man. Besides which delivery person should contact us ???
But again, it's strange, I can't even contact SNUSLINE anymore! They have not responded to any mail since !!
I've waited 2 month since my order. I cannot wait anymore.
