Top quality pouches great service …
I have made two purchases with snus town now and both experiences have been very good. The quality of the pouches are excellent and as I spend most my time in Scandinavian countries it is nice to know I can purchase good quality here in uk. I also had to contact customer services and they were quick and helpful. Can’t recommend enough

Never received order
It says my order shipped yet I never got a tracking number along with that and haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed them and I got no response: update they contacted me and I received them one day after this review was written, snus was good but did forget three of my tins.

Everything arrived on the day they said it would, in waterproof packaging (sincerely appreciated, it was raining the day they arrived), I'm thrilled to have gotten it intact and in time, as I was on my last pouch of us zyns. Customer service was wonderful, only request is a tracking label of some kind. Outside of that, flawless service.

Sadly I’ve been scammed. It’s it’s been almost a week since I ordered , using 24h delivery. They don’t return my emails as well. The lack of communication and tracking number is really annoying.
