Really disappointing customer service experience with the brand. Our inherited Snuzpod4 came with a damaged U panel. We were very happy to be able to order a replacement part which took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive, the box was battered and the item inside was of a different colour. The team claim it's the same 'natural' shade and that variations are normal. However, this is not a difference in shade but a completely different colour that was delivered to us.

Order placed on 20 July 2024 with payment taken the same day, promising free next day delivery. Still no goods received by 29 July with baby due next week! Called the phone number just now to be informed there would be a 2 minute wait on hold but after 10 minutes they stated no operators available and cut me off!!!!! No product and poor customer service/experience = 1 star performance

Ordered Moses basket and stand for my daughter who is expecting a baby in a few weeks. She received it yesterday and is absolutely delighted. I’m told ‘It looks just like the online photos and is just perfect’. A huge thanks to Nadean who replied very quickly to my email inquiring when it might be delivered. Excellent customer service!

I bought a cot a couple of years ago via a reseller. All great, but when I came to turn it into a toddler bed I realised there was a part missing. I contacted Demi at Snuz and within the week I had the replacement part sent out, at no cost. Exemplary customer service.

We bought a snuz pod for our own use and since we loved it, we bought a second one for our relative. But they decided to simply use ours, so we now had an unopened snuz pod. Before ordering the snuz, we had called the company and inquired if there is free returns if we didn’t like the product. They said they offer free returns. But now they have gone back on their word saying we should return at our own expense. Now we are stuck with a snuz pod that will be very expensive to return. On the other hand, they sell it on Amazon and have free returns there. They could’ve easily offered the option of buying it from Amazon. Also, they have refused to even provide a return shipping label which I’m sure would cost less than us figuring out our own return shipping, even if we had to pay for it. Overall very disappointed with the customer care.
I was disappointed with the delay in delivery with my Snuz extension kit, so talked to Demi and was really impressed with her exceptional and excellent care in sorting the issue out, many thanks.
False advertisement on next day delivery and after multiple times following up on order I was told something different each time either a delay in the warehouse or it’s left us and you shall get it tomorrow however I did receive it like 4 days later. Don’t bother keeping customers updated on order either which I found very unprofessional for a decent brand like themselves…

We ordered a crib from Snuz as they offered next-day delivery. Fast forward two and a bit weeks, and we are still waiting. After following up on its whereabouts, we were eventually given a tracking number. However, a few days later, the tracking still had not moved. After reaching out yet again, we were told the crib was now lost in transit. You'd think they would ensure a new one was sent (this time with next-day delivery), but that's wishful thinking. Here we are, still cribless. Customer service doesn’t seem to care and shows no sense of urgency. It shouldn't be up to the customer to constantly chase you for their order!

Wrote to snuz to enquire about a missing piece while changing the cot to a toddler bed, Ben wrote back to me through email very quickly and was so helpful! He identified which pieces we needed and arranged shipping immediately. He was so quick with replies and went above and beyond. The brand is premium, the overall product looks so chic, and there’s nothing on the market that currently compares. I purchased the snuz crib, mattress protector and grey fitted sheets.
Easy to assemble and feels very sturdy, the crib sits flush against the bed, to give ease to any new parents to reach over to their newborn.
Now my crib is up im so looking forward to meeting my baby.
The customer service team were fantastic and Ben was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, he was very calming and helped resolve a minor issue.
Incredibly thankful for a calm knowledgeable representative to have taken my call.
Overall the entire experience was excellent.
Looking forward to continuing my experiences with Snuz
