Snydepels Reviews

Normally you only write a review when you have had unusual or bad experiences ...
I've been using Snydepels for years now and (despite the name), they are completely trustworthy and efficient. Fra customer care.
In the rare occasions I've had an issue they resolved it in the least annoying way for me.

Ordered some hobby paints, they were delivered the day after - great prices and inventory 100% recommend

Best boardgame shop and online shop in Denmark! The main reason being their fair prices but especially their AMAZING customer service.

I do not count my orders to Snydepels anymore. Most of the time the delivery is the day after ordering. The very few time I had a problem with items they fixed it in a very acceptable way and very fast!

My go to store in Denmark. Best prices, super quick delivery, well stocked and updated website. In five years, only ever had one hiccup that needed handling from customer service, mostly caused by Danish laws on pre-orders. Highly recommend.

Excellent company. I've ordered from them a couple of times and everything arrived in perfect condition. They pack everything nicely with a list of the things you ordered. Prices on the website are very good and you can find all that you need for wargaming and more.

I've ordered from this business several times now and they have consistently delivered perfectly every single time.
Their deliveries are quick (2-3 days) and the items I've ordered always arrive nicely packaged and undamaged.
And to be clear, I may be slightly biased too, because they happen to be one of, if not, the only supplier of Dystopian Wars in Denmark. However, their prices are fair and they do such a good job of keeping stock and delivering the miniatures.
They are also very friendly and have answered any questions I've sent to them (within reason of course).

Overall, super great company, 100% recommend!

Ordered 2 games in stock on the 23/01/2024, Warp's Edge and Solar Storm.
I got the confirmation that the games were planned for delivery already in the afternoon of the 23/01.
Today is the 24th and I have received the DHL confirmation that my package is ready for pickup!
That is insanely fast delivery!!!! Amazing!!!

Best online prices for board games in DK.
I got next day delivery and all products in mint condition.

The customer support was instant, like I send a mail and they answered me before I put my phone down as if they were waiting for my mail. :D
Package was shipped same day and arrived in no time (although I ordered from Germany, so thats great!). Packaging was also good.

Definitely recommended!

I've never seen 300+ reviews for any shop with a 99% average of 5 stars. If I hadn't shopped for thousands of DKK over more than thirty transactions with Snydepels, I'd be suspicious, but it really is deserved. Prices are always among the lowest, packages arrive (well-packed) usually the next day, communication is excellent and always unfailingly polite, and I've even bought 'transport-damaged' goods at a discount only to receive a game box that I scoured for any sign of damage to find none at all. And pre-ordering is a delight.

This is such a great shop. Rarely do I shop anywhere else for my games (mostly because they usually have everything I want).

Have completed about 20 transactions with this company. Not a single complaint. Orders usually dispatched same day. Very competitive pricing; in some cases, have found pricing on certain boardgames to be significantly lower than competitors.

What all online retailers should strive to be.

I went on their website to buy the custodes 9th edition codex. By mistake i ended up accidently buying the 8th edition codex instead.

When it arrived i was obviously somewhat disappointed, and chose to send an email to snydepels.dk, at the very least to advice them to make it clearer for future buyers. The only distinction between the 2 books on their webpage was one saying hardback.

They apologized for the mistake, as they normally always make sure to properly label old codex' and the like, and they were kind enough to offer me a full refund so i could get the codex i am looking for.

They replied in a speedy fashion and was extremely helpful, i will be coming back :)

Every time we order from here, the service is very fast. They always have a great selection of games. We have pre-ordered several games and we get notified of the game being on stock quickly. I’m very happy with everything.

OK I ordered from them more than 1 year ago and the experience was spotless and fast. On Sunday I ordered again because their warehouse has products that are sold out all around, and today it's Tuesday and I got my stuff already.
This is a benchmark 5 star service. Keep up the good work.

Fast response to my questions, good price, fast shiping, would recommend. One of few stores in EU to have the game I wanted, thank you.

Fast delivery even a few days before Christmas. The gift came on time. Great service.

Fast delivery and great prices on a vast collection of boardgames :)

I was looking everywhere for a game that was either sold out or shamelessly overpriced, then I found Snydepels who sold it for the regular price and appropriate shipping costs. I ordered that thing and got it as predicted, on time a few days later. Their correspondence was thorough, they even left me a charming note inside the parcel alongside a game in perfect condition. Tak to you as well!

I ordered on Sunday afternoon and the game arrived Tuesday afternoon. That's what I call excellent service!

Two other good things: it was also the most competitive price I could find online and the packaging was just the right size for the product.

Big thumbs up to Snydepels - an excellent Danish online store! (I'm happy not to give my custom to Amazon whenever possible.)
