Very fast delivery. Unfortunatly there was some defekts on some of the games due to mishandling by the delivery company.
Kenneth from Snydepels replied on my complain instantly and together we found a happy solution. I can higly recommend this company.

I've been buying board games here a number of times and never had any issues with either delivery or the products.

One of the games in my last purchase came with a defective "marked" card which made it identifiable and affected the gameplay. I wrote to Snydepels and got outstanding service by Kenneth. He went out of his way to check available stock and then ended up sending a replacement card to me directly.

So all in all, great prices, speedy delivery, and flawless customer service.

I had reserved a copy of the 4th printi g og Gloomhaven, in the beginning of Febuary, and was told I could expect a long wait, as all copies of their first shipment was spoken for. Told me to expect it in june. 2 weeks later, I got an email saying they would d have my copy around th 18th of february, and asked if I was still interested. I said yes. Wednesday the 20th, I got the email saying I could now place the order, and I did so immediately. Next day, I had my package, including a note saying 'thanks for your order'. I couldn't be happier with the service.

We have the board game Terraforming Mars and decided we loved it so much we wanted to buy the expansions packs, so we searched online for the best deals, and it brought us here. We ordered 2 expansion packs and then 2 other games. I must say, I really didn't expect them to arrive so quickly as they did, we received them only 1 day after ordering and they all were neatly packed in the box. Definitely worth buying from here, and this will now be our go-to place to purchase all our games from.

Ordered small world underground and got it already on the next day, amazing and fast service. The package was well packed so nothing would break and included hand written thank you note for purchases. Defiantly will order from them again.

I have been purchasing games from Snydepels several times (12) in the last 2 years. I can't be more satisfied: great prices, fast delivery and a great customer service.

Once the send me wrong game (shits happen), but the mistake was corrected immediately. I wish all shops will operate as this guys do.

I have ordered a few times from Snydepels, and they have been nothing short of amazing. Even including delivery charges they are the cheapest board games sellers even when sending to Ireland! Any problem along the way they will tell you (A game I ordered was dented before being sent and they showed me a picture and discounted it for me) and will go to great lengths to satisfy your wants. (I asked if it was possible for them to get in a copy of Ladies & Gentleman for me as they do not sell that game outside of the USA. It took a few months but they got my copy for me and e-mailed me as soon as it was in.) Very friendly staff, superb and quick service, and a huge selection. No matter where you are in Europe or beyond, you should be buying your games from Snydepels.
