Absolute scam of a place. Don't buy anything from them. Don't use them. Not only did my package not arrive but I bought the package insurance protection from Onward as well for the exact eventuality that something happened to my package. Now neither this website nor the insurance company that is supposed to help me is answering any emails. There are no phone numbers. And my financial institution won't help me. I'm out 130 dollars and apparently have no one to offer any assistance anywhere. Don't buy from them. It's a scam.

Very positive experience. I was a bit hesitant at first due to the negative reviews, but I'm glad I gave them a shot.

I was expecting the samples to be decants from So Avant Garde. I was pleasantly surprised to see that every sample was not a decant but a sample spray bottle directly from the fragrance house and in their original label packaging.

Discounts & Product quality

Given the steep discounts, I had concerns about the product quality. I was happy to see that everything I received were in new condition and undamaged.

Purchased a perfume for my daughter and realized it was the wrong one. I contacted customer the same day to cancel the order (it was after hours). Received a response right away the next morning. My order was canceled and I was refunded. Great customer service!

I’ve seen so many bad reviews for this distributer but I had a great experience with them. I ordered the wrong perfume so I reached out to customer service. I heard back within an hour and had a refund within two days. I ordered the correct one and within five days, it was delivered. The sales are also phenomenal. I will be ordering from them again in the future.

I purchased Tiziana Terenzi Saiph Attar. It was suppose to be the oil; the most potent fragrance. It's almost baby oil AND I spent $500.00 & the f-ing box light is broken! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKED BASTARDS! They won't return your call either! Just shaddy!

I placed an order with So Avant Garde on June 21st, and as of today, I still have not received a shipping confirmation. When you call their customer service number, it goes straight to voicemail, which is incredibly unprofessional. For the price of their perfumes, I expected at least a responsive customer service representative or call center to address my questions or concerns.

This has been the slowest shipping experience I’ve had with a perfume company. It feels like they are drop shipping, which might explain the lengthy delay. While they offer great discount codes, the shipping speed and lack of customer service support are major drawbacks. Unfortunately, this experience will keep me from repurchasing from this site. This is just my honest feedback.

Terrible experience. Order placed Sept 1 and I had to contact customer service to get them to finally ship the item 12 days later. Once shipped, it was delayed multiple times. The last delay was because SAG did not include my apartment number on the shipping label (Even though it shows up on my shipment notification email), forcing me to contact FedEx myself to resolve the issue, causing yet another delay. While the product is fine and when they have sales they are pretty good, I wont be ordering from here again given this experience. It shouldn't take 20 days in this day and age to receive an online purchase, especially considering it took 12 days and a prompting to get them to even ship it.

4.5 out of 5. I purchased from them twice for more than 20 perfume sample cards. They carry fresh, authorized sample cards of many niche brands. I found the samples to be of the highest quality.

The slight mark-down is due to their slower speed to ship the order. Once shipped and scanned, the packages arrived quickly.

Their customer service via email is responsive, cordial, and effective.

Make sure you read their return policy before purchase.

Overall, it's a fantastic fragrance site, providing a reasonably priced alternative to Lucky scents or aScent split. I just wish they carried more brands.
