Terrible service with severe delays
Terrible service with severe delays. The broker made a mistake, he did not update the percentage of the shared ownership we requested from the lender and did not send the right one to JLL. That resulted to terrible delays, as the contract was signed and then they observed that they have not done this bit correctly. Ever since we wait for the bank to approve the new contract. Had to sign twice!.
I am waiting to move to my house for 2 months now and they keep on lying every day that they will hear from the bank tomorrow, the following afternoon, the next 24h etc and nothing yet. They have not even apologised for their mistake.
I would NEVER recommend them. I have spoken to my lawyer and after the completion we will chase them legally and request a compensation. By the way we had to leave the home as initially promised; we did not expect the mistake to happen. We were renting and we found our selves homeless, living with friends, a different house every week, because we had nowhere to stay.

Outstanding service- Leanne was so amazing
Leanne was so amazing. She went over and above to ensure I could exchange as scheduled. My offer had to be amended, Barclays delayed signing it off. Leanne was chasing Baclays several times a day including over the weekend until we received the amended offer. She is conscientious and her customer service is top notch.
Micheal started the process, he was very good too. He got me the lowest interest rate and kept me updated all through the process. Very quick and efficient service.
The work they do is way above the broker fee paid in my opinion.
Outstanding service. Mortgage broker of the year!

Five star service from Pam. I contacted her as our mortgage had come to the end of it's fixed term and we wanted to look for a better deal and borrow a little bit more for home improvements. Pam took all the details and found a great deal with a new mortgage provider for us. No hassle at all moving the provider and all done online. Perfect. Thanks Pam. xx
