Beautiful French Linen Duvet set in Chalky White.
Ordered these at end of July on pre order although I didn’t realise this at first. Stock arrived early September and I got them a few days later. The quality of the set is lovely. It feels soft and cool and yet still cosy. Delivery was quite speedy once shipment arrived. We like them so much we are considering buying a second set. Only reason for dropped star was it wasn’t made clear at first that it was a pre order although it was worth the wait.

Sleeping in a cloud
I bought the Seasons Soft as Down with silk duvet during the heatwave. I used the 9 tog for the first time last night and I can truly say it was like sleeping in a cloud, it is so soft & was the best nights sleep I’ve had for months. Even my husband had no complaints!
No sign of the noisy fabric that some had reported in the reviews.
I can’t wait for it to get colder so i can use the other bit with the cuff link system which is a brilliant idea.

Really lovely products. The topper with the full cotton protector over it is a perfect combo to hold everything in place. Went for a deep fitted sheet as well. Like having a new bed!! Fast delivery. 💯

Still yet to arrive
Still yet to arrive! After waiting for over 2 weeks DPD decided to go to flats instead of our property i presume, so we have no card but a text saying they called and you weren’t in. Highly frustrating when you have been in all day and have already waited over the ‘4-7 day delivery’ time.

The products are good but the delivery…
The products are good but the delivery is never the next day delivery - although they take £7.90 for it. The company is also reluctant to repair relationship with customers about it despite that the delay in delivery is the common point they are criticised for.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service .I ordered a set of bedding on 1st September as a wedding gift in plenty of time for it to be delivered before the wedding .I had not received a despatch notification so emailed on 7th September to query explaining the situation to which I received an automated reply stating it was still within the despatch timeline (by1 day I might add).The wedding is tomorrow and last night I received a standard email saying all shipping had been delayed until at least Monday -another 4 days .Very poor indeed

Order never arrived and chasing got nowhere
Ordered a duvet and two pillows on 31st August. Tried to chase twice, but both times their office was shut, once apparently due to staff training (which clearly wasn't carried out in terms of customer services or order fulfilment) and once due to their early closing time. Chased again on 11th September and currently have been put on hold for 8 minutes and counting. Will be cancelling. Meanwhile my little children have been cold at night with inadequate bedding. Avoid if you care about getting your order and don't want a ton of stress and hassle.
