I have had nothing but possitive…

I have had nothing but possitive experiences everytime I shop. I have had no issues with delivery and you know your custom is appreciated I occasionally find little extras. Website support is wonderful products are high qualify. That reasures me as I want my products to be good that stand out from the rest.

I wouldn't buy any more

I loved the idea of the mould and it was detailed and I've not seen this mould before, however it's not very flexible so I don't see how I can use it for all different types of crafting. Also I did look at the description and yet it seemed very small and for how much I paid, £12 I personally don't feel it worth the money.

Hi Corliss, We saw that you had left us a poor review on the product itself and could empathise with your reasons for doing so.

I have to be honest when i say that we are a little disappointed that you have now left us a x2 star service review as we have only ever received 5 stars in the last 3 years. Your review is not actually on the service itself but a product that you didn't feel was excellent value for money.

I have looked back through your order and can see that it is the first/last order you have placed with us therefore had not yet accumulated any Soak Reward Points to spend on your order. These are points which are collected on every order and can be redeemed against future orders with us. In addition to this, we actually had a 20% off moulds promotion running at that time which you must have missed due to not being part of our Facebook community or mailing list.

Looking back on the order i can see that the mould was not £12, it was actually £6.25, with the rest of the cost consisting of postage, and VAT. There was only the x1 item on your order which will mean that overall the average item price was considerably higher.

All of our moulds are hand made, in the UK and our prices are what we deem very fair prices, especially when we have absorbed the inflation costs ourselves for over two years now.

Regarding your comments on sizing and price- the mould image itself is on a measuring mat so the sizes could be seen, alternatively we are always contactable to answer any queries. The total pricing is displayed at the checkout too, so that customers can make an informed decision about whether to purchase or not.

It doesn't yet sound like you have used your mould for other craft activities yet, but we can confirm 100% that our moulds will work with concrete, resin, bath bombs, soaps, jelly soaps, chocolate, bubble bars and even icing. Our moulds are food grade, don't crack and are also resistant to chemicals.

Your order was placed on the Sunday before a bank holiday and was dispatched just over 3hrs after we had been open. You had not reached out to us with any feedback, and we do accept returns/refunds.
