I've been a loyal customer for years, their customer service has never been great but recently it's been appalling. In addition their website now reflects inaccurate information about their autoship, which resulted in me receiving unwanted goods and placing unnecessary orders. I never felt valued or respected as a customer who has spend thousands of dollars with them when I had to deal with their customer service about the frequent issues. Take your business elsewhere.

Posted a review over two weeks ago had a telephone call from a member of staff he left a voicemail. I could not get back in touch with him.

Neither have complaints dealt with this.

This service is absolute crap. Do not BUY from this company.

They Provide CHEAP materials and CUSTOMER service is ZERO.

Ordered items at 10pm (too large carry from a retail store) they were literally delivered at 830am the next morning. Free shipping, 15% discount and I earned miles using United Mileage Plus Mall. Truly on of the greatest online shopping experiences I have ever had. Prices are average...not incredible but the convenience is unsurpassed.

Method Gel Hand Soap (Sweet Water scent)

I use it as a bath gel. I use it as shampoo. I use a lot of it. And so, I'm always trying to find it on sale...which is almost never.

I will purchase it again from Soap.com.
