I ordered a week ago
I ordered a week ago. I e mailed a question too. I have had no response or e mail to say the item has been posted. I am confident the quality of the item will be great as I have seen what i have purchased at a xmas market.
It is the delivery that has informed the overall rating as I am unsure when I will receive the goods and potentially will not have them in time.

Love the soap and hair conditioner
Ordering was very straight forward and received within a few days.
I love that no palm oil is used and the soap bars look great.
The hair conditioner also works wonders for my unruly hair!

I am out of my comfort zone ordering…
I am out of my comfort zone ordering online but wanted to support an English company with gifts for my staff. It was really easy to see the products and place the order. I was anxious when my delivery hadn't arrived so I emailed & recieved a response within an hour on a Sunday evening. I really appreciate the excellent service and the product recieved was of a high standard as advertised.

Takes too long to arrive
Takes too long to arrive. I oredred some conditioner in plenty of time for a month away from home but it never came by the time I left. So now I've got nothing. P&P takes too long.
