Best service in Dubai.

Excellent and very accommodating, staff are amazing and friendly. I flew to Dubai for work from the UK to which the staff at Soapy Joe's done a door to door service from my hotel room. Very reliable indeed and definitely recommend.

Wonferful work very fast and they come in my hotel to pick up my clothes

Having stayed in Dubai for 2 weeks I had accumulated a lot of washing. I found soapyjoes in a google search and they were excellent in communicating from the start. Upon receiving my laundry it smelt clean and fresh with a subtle scent just as I would wash it at home. Great price, reliable and overall an excellent service. Highly recommend if you need any laundry done

Soapy Joes Laundry is the best! Very friendly and very good service! No complaints on the quality of cleaning, They arrived neatly folded and packaged in a nice box!!

Professional team with flexibility to make things smooth and easy! Whenever I have had a question the response has been immediate..
All items are carefully segregated and cleaned accordingly to the labels! I love their HVI treatment as well!!

Fantastic customer service and they did a great job with cleaning my wife wedding dress, Very fair prices and fast too. I will be using their services from now on. Highly recommend them for their services!!

I can not express how much I recommend this service I had a mark on some silk shorts I wanted to wear that same evening I contacted them at 11.45 and by 4pm they were delivered back to me in my home like brand new! Thank you so much Reylyn and Fadi

This has made my life so easy. Worked with Fadi twice and he picks up and drops off promptly. No disappointments.

There were many to choose from when I googled for laundry in Dubai. I am super happy that I trusted my clothes to SoapyJoes! They are fantastic!!! I can't compliment them enough for how outstandingly excellent the whole service was. Here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. I managed to reach out to them at 2am! And they were responsive.
2. Very reasonably priced. I selected the 7kg flat fee service for clean&fold. It went over and I needed stains removed from my baby's clothes (which they charge extra, I didn't know that when I booked) but they were so kind and accommodating.
3. Picked up from my hotel lobby whilst I went out and sent receipt on whatsapp?
4. I sent message on WhatsApp asking if it could be delivered by 11am and it arrived before time!
5. I got messages and updates both from driver and office agent the whole while.
6. My clothes arrived in excellent condition, folded and packed extremely well. Poor Mike had to wait for me at the lobby whilst I ran around looking for my payment card! And he didn't complain, he was so professional. In fact he was still smiling despite my lack of organisation.
Cons: nothing really. Just wish they had 24hr turnaround instead of 48.
I will be using their service again and again whenever I visit Dubai. The other places I tried contacting were very dodgy, but SoapyJoes are trustworthy.
Thank you soooooo much SoapyJoes!

Great customer service. Price is very fair, they get your clothes back to on time and do an excellent quality wash. We will definitely use Soapy Joes the next time we are in Dubai for our laundry needs 😊
