Soar Technology's courses are designed to be highly interactive and engaging, with a focus on hands-on learning and practical application. I worked in teams to complete real-world projects, which allowed me apply learnt principles and practices in a practical setting. They provide clear explanations of Scrum principles and practices, and are available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the course. Through activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, participants learn how to communicate effectively, share information, and work together towards a common goal.

When one walks in to the SCRUM Training @ Soar Technology, the first impression or experience would be "the warm reception, the comfort, the peace and the conducive atmosphere for the purpose for which you are there". Thus, you will feel very much at home and it also prepares and motivates you to feel you are ready for business.
The training material is methodically structured and administered with such precision including visual presentations of practical scenarios/ Case studies which “arms” one with the ability to confront, apply and manage the application of SCRUM successfully in any given environment just as you would do in a “SPRINT”.
