This place is a joke
You can get your SUD/CADC certification here, but the quality of instruction is very poor to non-existent, and the level of business professionalism is even lower. The one instructor, Lena is only concerned with militant APA formatting of your papers, not the content. If she thinks you have plagiarized, even when you have not, she will mark your grades down a lot. Make sure to go overboard on (irreverent to the career) APA formatting of your papers and you should be fine. Honestly, as long as you pass the course, your grade doesn't matter, even though that can be frustrating for educated people. Lena has the vibe of someone on a pretty extreme power trip, smacking your fingers for things that are not relevant to the course or the career. Business wise, nobody answers the phone, if you can even find a real number for the place after you pay. Before you pay, you will definitely be able to speak with someone. So if you are a DIY type of person not concerned with anything but getting your certificate, this place will do the job. Keep your payment records. Check around though, you can find an educational experience that is better, or even enjoyable.
