This is purely on the customer service…

This is purely on the customer service which is non existent they responded to my questions initially saying they were sending the authenticity certificate advertised with the item that was never and has never been received this is false advertising and wonder about the authenticity but they now don’t even respond the item was purchased as a gift would not purchase from them again and now reading reviews when you Google the company I wish checked them before purchasing.

Delivery was quick well packaged and…

Delivery was quick well packaged and presented. Slight issue with a crack in the base. Promised a replacement nearly 2 months ago, still no sign. Sent 8 chase emails... No response. Very disappointing.
