Tried to cancell and order because I…

Tried to cancel an order because I added an item. Instead it doubled up Tried to call 3 times during the week and phone recording said the business was closed. Eventially got a direct line to a rep and was told i would have to pay a restocking fee. Installed the parts and they immediately failed due to ruptured bladder expelling brake fluid out of the electrical contacts causing brakes to fail. I called the rep and explained and was informed those brake switches never fail and implied I could not get a refund. Issue has still not been resolved and email communication is marked as undeliverable as spam.

After reviewing your order, we found that your initial cancellation request did not include an order number, so our team requested that information in order to process your request. Unfortunately, we never received a response, which prevented us from making changes before the order was processed.

Regarding the brake switches, our team has been in contact with you and is working toward a resolution. As discussed, we have agreed to provide a prepaid return shipping label so all four switches can be returned for inspection, and once they are received, a refund will be issued.

We also understand that some of our email responses were being routed to your spam folder, which unfortunately made communication more difficult. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter and look forward to bringing it to a satisfactory conclusion.

Nice Weber Redline carb BUT no SoCal stickers

Nice Weber Redline carb. I called before ordering to ask for the item number for SoCal decals/stickers and the customer service guy said just ask for them in the comments section, which I did. Well … no stickers with my $250 carb. I called and the same CS guy said he’d try to put a couple on an envelope and mail them … that was 2 weeks ago. It may seem unimportant to SoCal but I proudly display company decals/stickers on my Beetle’s windows. Very disappointed

No support for receiving incorrect parts, you pay twice.

Your advertising is confusing you show multiple advertising for diffrent vehicles. I choose one that stated the parts would fit, but they didn't. I also contacted the tec department and asked them to verify which they said they would. Then I received the wrong parts. Now I am told I must pay for shipping again to receive the correct parts. This is not the proper action. Now my car is sitting taken apart waiting for the correct parts. I dont recommend using this company.

Once it was determined that a different kit was needed, our team worked to simplify the exchange process by having only the necessary components returned rather than requiring the complete kits to be sent back. Because the original order was fulfilled correctly, the return shipping costs fall under our standard exchange policy.

Sadly they were out of hats that I…

Sadly they were out of hats that I ordered however, they did offer a t-shirt in its stead. Also, I paid extra for expedited shipping however, because the hat was out of stock, my order got delayed. SoCal called and left messages but missed them which is on me.
