Excellent services

I like that soccer.com is always stocked up in cleats, gear and discounts! Being a Goal Club member for many many years and still have some Eurosport magazines. I dreamed of buying the expensive predators back in 2002/03 but I couldn’t afford them at the time but now I splurge myself on cleats and gear I like to wear in the pitch!

Very easy and accommodating.

I placed an order and paid for two day shipping. After 6 days, I called and was told they would ship my order and upgrade me to overnight shipping. On day 8 the order had still not been sent.

Ordered a pair of shorts. They took payment for the shorts by marking as shipped. However, they never delivered item to FedEx.
Called twice but no answer. Emailed twice and received automated response. Called a third time and got someone. They said package would be express delivered. Same shipping failure. Tracking number generated but FedEx never received the package. Called a fourth time. The”Call Center” employee said she would reach out to shipping. Somehow I feel scammed by Soccer.com! This was my first and last order with them.

Soccer.com is an awesome place to buy your soccer gear needed. Website is ease to navigate, great discounts, you can add coupons and use your points easily.

The platform was easy to navigate. It was very helpful with sizing.

The experience was great because these were great deals in their once a year sale.

I don't get it. This is the biggest soccer retailer on-line and they literally suck at everything. Search a product? Sure, if you want the spinney-wheel for an eternity. Order a product? Well, you'll wait longer for it than you will for the spinney-wheel. Team kits are decided MONTHS in advance. How can you be back ordered for MONTHS? HOW? How can an organization be so bad at literally everything they say they do?

Just ordered cleats and the ease of check out and automatically applied promo codes were great.

If I could give -10, I would. The uniform was over 3 inches shorter than their size chart, and they refused a return because it was customized. Customer service was terrible, we waited 30 minutes to finally speak with someone who offered no real help. Extremely dissatisfied.

Easy to use. Quality products

Price of shoes were less expensive than other sites, plus had a 15% coupon for signing up and $9 off for signing up for$4 lifetime membership. Also, they had a place to find out the best shoe and it came up w the same answers that I did research on.

5 seasons worth of uniforms and gear and they have not gotten a single order correct. Not one. Additionally, customer service seems to always be overwhelmed and, consequently, in a bad mood. Also, if you're with a club, they will jack prices knowing that you are "required to buy an entire package." Worst. Company. Ever!

I love that they have a system I. Place to make sure the real ballers can get their hands on them rather than the bots that love to suck the money out of wallets 10/10 would by from again
