I purchased a retro football shirt for my Grandson on Oct 25th...after the requested time frame of 15 days before you contact them if the shirt didn't arrived I sent an email to which I got no reply....after another couple of days I sent another, again no response. I've resigned myself to the fact that I've been scammed. Avoid this company at all costs.

The company is under Vertex E-commerce Ltd, phone number 07746633255, directors Jack Hurst and Ben Porter. The accountancy firm (some connection) is at the same address in Portsmouth Smooth Accounting Ltd, 02392982123, they know the firm, today I have been a nuisance and having emailed continuously and called and text both the above. Bingo! Have a (promised) refund.

Have carried on emailing Soccorstudio and reminded them of the Sale of Goods Act and the distant selling regulations but they are choosing to ignore my constant email requests for refund instructions. Beware !

They give you an email address for a return but when you try contact it they never respond. Don’t order from here not worth it just go somewhere else.

I recently ordered a shirt as a gift, which arrived and came up too small. The website and terms instructed me to contact their email address for return instructions, which I did on multiple occasions. It has now been weeks without any response, so I have no means of returning the item and am stuck with a top which is no use to me. The shirt is nice but really disappointed that I have not been responded to regarding a return.

I bought a Real Madrid 99/00 shirt as soon as I washed it on the correct settings the sponsor washed off I requested a refund and haven’t heard back in nearly two weeks this is a really poor customer service I expected better

First Delivery it was alright. Second Delivery, I asked for "Soccer Football Mystery Please" and they have given me the same top again. They have over 150+ tops and they have GIVEN THE EXACT SAME TOP, a rugby, Green, Ireland Top.
I emailed them 4 to 5 times and no replies. I even went to their 'Contacts' and text my enquiry there and still for almost 3 weeks no reply. So this Soccer Studio is a scam. 0 Chance I'm not buying from this store again.

I ordered from them and I never received my item nor have I received a refund. I ordered on the 8th march, I’ve tried numerous times to contact them but no response. I feel like I’ve been scammed

Good quality delivered on time

My son Ordered a mystery shirt which arrived when expected but the quality is awful, with mis-stitched seams. Sent 2 emails to ask for an exchange with no response and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Will persevere, but would not recommend or order again.

I ordered 3 shirts, one medium and two larges. I received 3 larges. I have sent an email over 10 days ago about exchanging one large for a medium and have not heard back. They also took 16 days to arrive. Very poor communication considering this cost £90!

Purchased my 2nd AS Roma shirt form soccer studio. For me the BARILLA sponsored shirts from the early 90's are the quintessential and classic Roma shirts. Both purchases have been first class and the shirts are absolute gems. Thank you SOCCER STUDIO.

Lots of selection on the site and quality of the product I got was very good. Only thing do allow plenty of time for delivery. It does state 7+ business days for delivery so just remember that. I now no longer have my shirt though as I brought it for a stag do and my niece's boyfriend loved it so I much, I let him have it.

The barca shirt is missing the champions league badge.

Excellent quality and very true to the original design, always a slight wait on delivery but always worth it.

Update: Since writing my review i have finally been able to contact the company who have now, eventually, sent the correct order to the correct address. So I suppose I can't complain too much.

Review: My order was delivered to completely the wrong address. I hadn't noticed the Royal Mail link at the bottom of the order confirmation email, I was expecting a new email to say it was on its way. I found a message in my Apple Wallet weeks later - no idea why it was there - showing me it was delivered, except it was completely the wrong address and now they don't answer. I'd never recommend this site.

Ordered, although a bit dubious, arrived within 10 business days! Good quality shirt and well packaged! You receive tracking info also! Recommend! Will be buying more for birthdays!

Great value, my son is very impressed with his FBC football shirt. Fits perfectly. Delivered within specified timescale.
