With no exaggeragtion..

With no exaggeragtion... Marko from outside thr United States is an extreme absuser when on their end things are broke. He will also tell you to pay when they have a glitch or something needs fixed to improve their software. He will always tell you that they don't need you because they have better customers who pay more. I have stored tons of emails of verbal abuse that would never be tolerated if he was located in the United States. On top of it all the product is very outdated, slow, hard to use and constant bugs and glitches. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Leaving for other software has been a huge relief and saved a ton of money vs what I paid for 6 years that they never did get working properly.

They say it I a US based company but it's not. There is a guy named Kyle in broward county Florida who is a partner and had another day job ans Marko I think in Romania outside of the US who runs it and is thr most vile man ever!

i-Say sent me wrong credit / claimcode 2 euro instead of 10 euro

i-Say sent me wrong credit for Amazon gift card. I exchanged points for Amazon voucher 10 euro, but I only got 2 euro credit! And i-Say has not responded to my messages and complaints by webmail and chat by Twitter and facebook.

Update 9 okt
I received e-mail with a new voucher for Amazon EUR 10. I added the claimcode to Amazon account and 10 euro has been added! The 2 euro before I may keep. So problem is solved, but after many complaints and mails. FAfter all for this service I change the feedback from 1 star to 3 star

Loyalty means nothing to this company

Terrible company deactivated my account without warning or any genuine reason. I tried to redeem the points I have earned but when I go through the process all I get is an error message. I have been answering questionnaires for them for about 15 years and this is how they treat you. I also answer questionnaires for YouGov who I find to be a far better company in every respect.

They use you, then don't pay you

My account has been recently deactivated. Although it was frustrating, the worse was going to come. I have tried then to redeem my point the usual way, but the message popped-up saying 'An error occurred, please try again'. I indeed tried for many times (and in many days) but nothing changed. I have emailed i-Say asking why I cannot redeem my points. Shockingly, they replied: 'For very sound market research quality control reasons we cannot rely on the surveys completed by these panel members'. I assume this means they do not want to pay me anything. However, T&Cs say that I have 30 days from my deactivation to redeem any of my points. I have emailed them several times but I have not received any response. I have 2 days left and I feel this goes nowhere. It looks like i-Say are just waiting for my points to expire and then say 'oh well, you had your 30 days, now points are gone, we cannot do anything'.

I've managed some slightly decent beer…

I've managed some slightly decent beer money on this one, it's not perfect though, some minor bugs here and there (specially on the emails, you have to visit the links quickly or otherwise someone else will take the poll for you and your link will stop working), but otherwise is decent enough. Maybe a bit too time consuming when lots of polls are available.

It's an OK online survey platform

It's an OK online survey platform, but there are so many occasions where I will recieve an email asking me to take a survey but after clicking the link it says there are no surveys available. I'd say there are more instances of this happening than being able to complete the survey. This is not a problem with other platforms like YouGov.
