Great experience working with very responsive people.

I used this service because I wanted to give my Instagram a bit of a boost. But it was a huge mistake. I had Nora assigned as my Account Manager and while she was friendly, there are no recommendations, no advice given, no personalization. You can tell they're just giving the same spiel to everyone. You put in all the targeted accounts, hashtags, all yourself and the "Social Media Manager" runs the campaign - who, btw is NOT the same person as the Account Manager, which should have been another red flag. Nonetheless, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and see how the service was like for a few days. A few days in, I saw the following count spike up. It was a lot more than what I had originally agreed to, but she assured me it was part of the "strategy".

Literally the same day, I received an error from Instagram, saying my account was restricted from actions because of following too many people. I told Nora to halt activity on my account but it was too late, they already did all the actions that day. Because the Account Manager and the Campaign Manager were different people (in different timezones by the way), they couldn't stop their actions in time. I ended spending almost a week being banned from Instagram. It was excruciating. I did regain access again but only after not touching Instagram for almost 4 days, logging them out of my account, and safely making sure they didn't do anything on my account.

TLDR; this is a risky service, they don't really care about you. Don't fall for it, grow your Instagram organically.

Absolutely ruined my instagram. Following random people from counties miles away and relentlessly deleting all my close friends etc. do not use

My account now looks good and I'm happy with the followers I've got.

It's not a good service, I don't recommend it. The basic plan is not able to find interested followers. They do a random follow/unfollow. You get some followers, but in other languages (which are very unlikely to interact with your content). A bot works better, at least you can provide them with the right hashtags.
Edit: They ask for a meeting to discuss with you. They. Ask. You. That's perfect. But you attend the meeting and the person you talk to has no idea, hasn't seen your profile, and asks you: why did you want to have this meeting? what do you want? They ask you for a meeting, but they don't prepare it for you.
I put a review commenting on the problems I've had with them on Trustpilot, and they start working. They start calling and sending emails. They want constructive feedback to help them improve. I give it to them, and they justify themselves, replying that it's my fault because I didn't understand the services they offer. Perfect, but the review I wrote on Trustpilot stays because it is truthful (I just received an email that they will remove this review in three days if I don't provide more info, that's why I'm editing).
And no, I don't want a discount. A discount will not fix a bad service that, of course, I will not continue to pay for.

I am very satisfied with all team from the starting. All of the team were very friendly and flexible reaching out to me and on disposal what I wanted to do further.

Social Boost really helped out instagram profile grow substantially over a few months. We were very happy with the service and they are always willing to chat, or suggest ways in which we can do things more successfully.

I am blown away by the professionalism of those company. They keep there promise. I am very happy with the progression of my account.

Anny, who assisted me, was lovely to work with. She was polite, informative, and friendly, but also very professional.

I signed up after speaking to their sales agent for half an hour. I took the time filling out their form, explaining who my target audience is, and providing them with several accounts to use that have my target audience. They not only did not use the information I provided, but they also followed random people who are in no way my target audience! Turns out that they do NOT use the accounts you provide if you have more than 40 mutual followers, except that's exactly how you know that you have the same target audience! Instead, they targeted an account of a religious fanatic whose followers don't even have kids when my target audience was parents! It's been 2 days that I've been demanding a refund as they are not providing the service they advertised and they are still trying to convince me that it's OK that it isn't my audience and won't give me my money back. I could have spent the time I am chatting following the accounts' followers on my own already. NOT WORTH THE MONEY unless you don't care who your followers are.

It was a great experience using their services I must say.I tested for a month and got good results.My followers were genuine and wanted to know about me.For my work and school I had to cancel the subscription sadly but here me out if you continue using their services your results will multiply with every month!
