I would give this a 0 star review if I could. I used this site to try to find some knowledge on someone I was dating as they started acting suspicious. The site charged me $40 for absolutely nothing. This website is a scam. Do not use it!

Bait and Switch! I am an Admin on a community Facebook page. We had a lot of scammers, I joined SocialCatfish to reverse image search to determine if profiles were fake. I signed up for 6.87. They charged me 19.99. There weren't any reliable matches. Then they offered me to pay an additional 22.00 for a better reverse image search. When I contacted them about the charges, this was their response: Thank you for contacting SocialCatfish.com.

I do see that you were able to perfom a successful Image Search on June 7, 2024, if you'd like assistance with those results we would be more than happy to help!

Our stringent Refund Policy does not allow a refund in this case due to absorbing costs for providing this service, especially when the trial/plan has been used and results were provided.

Josh was excellent he found out everything I needed to know. Sadly to say my man was defiantly a cat fish. I would pay the money again if this ever happened to me again, I just hope it doesn't.

I had a problem with the picture I downloaded but with help from Socialcatfish representive I was able find the scammer's real name and background which saved me tens of thousands of dollars.

Social Catfish has deceased people and will not remove them without death certificates.
It’s not like it happened recently either. If THEY did the research THEY claim to, THEY would have found out that he’d been killed in a car accident in 1995.
It’s still online and easy to find!
