I had a voucher from before Covid 19 happened, which I could not cash in due to the restrictions. This voucher was initially extended. However, suddenly the voucher got cancelled. instead of refunding me immediately, like any normal company would, they allegedly send an email that my voucher was cancelled. In this email, they stated I needed to get in touch with them to get my money back. Why not refund me on my account number in my account details? Now That I contact their customer support for the second time, they say the deadline has passed and my right for my own money has been forfeited.
