Ik moet opdraaien vh zoek raken van pakket

Mijn pakket kwam niet aan omdat de adresgegevens niet compleet waren. Ze hadden voor het verzenden niet gecontroleerd of het volledig was en mij niet gebeld om het compleet te maken. Nu wordt het pakket niet meer naar hun teruggestuurd en de trackingcode klopt niet en kan het pakket niet meer achterhalen. Hun oplossing is of opnieuw bestellen en dan voor de verzending en nieuwe pakket betalen of het pakket annuleren en alsnog voor de kwijtgeraakte zending en verzendkosten betalen. Dit zie ik beide als geen oplossing en op mijn verzoek om geld terug te geven geven ze geen gehoor. Ook niet op mijn vraag wat de juiste trackingcode is van het product. Onbetrouwbaar en geen zaken mee doen!
