Recently had a 1-1 with Jules and was blown away by the amount of actionable advice she was able to give me in just an hour. A value-packed session with a lot of insight into changes I could make almost immediately.

Social Jules provided me with a business Instagram review/audit and boy did I need it. As a self confessed technophobe, I thought (considering) I was doing alright and whilst not "nailing it" (my words) it was ok. Now the review was not negative at all, however once Julia explained and opened my eyes to how my customers see my profile, I totally got it. Julia helps by going through things step by step, each change I could benefit from was small but will make a larger impact especially if/when all have been implemented. I've made a start and feeling good about it. Julia is so lovely and patient too (as I had no idea of terminology lol) and most of all knowledgeable.
