Incredible app for sports fans. It gives fan the possibility of being closer to club and gives real rewards.

Great App - „be more than a fan“

It keeps what it promises. I could buy and sell fan tokens. I could vote on my club’s poll with my fan token and I kept my fan token. So the Voting is for free - NICE.

Predicting the match results is fun :) and the daily free hunt for SSU token makes me open the app at least once a day. The SSU token can be exchanged to match tickets.
Basically one can get free stadium tickets - that’s cool.

The app definitely keeps what it promises, however it is sometimes slow. So the App performance should get improved.

The negative reviews I honestly can’t understand. The app is transparent about how everything works and I can’t agree with the commands that socios would steal money. Not true.

Amazing app to interact with your team and collect rewards using SSU.

What a great app for Fan Engagement. I really like all the different game elements in the app. You only need to buy one Fan Token (for a couple of euro's) to have lifetime access to all the games & rewards. You can set predictions for matches in the app, and with better predictions, you will gain a higher place in the leaderboard. At the end of the season, the higher rank in the leaderboard, the more rewards or $SSU you get.

$SSU is the Loyalty Token of Socios, where you can buy free match tickets, NFT's or signed merchandise with. I already own a rare Messi NFT from Argentina and went to my favorite club as VIP for free!

If you want to step out of Fan Tokens, you will need to sell your Fan Tokens back to Chiliz, the cryptocurrency used in the Socios app, and send the Chiliz over to an exchange where you can get the money back in fiat on your bank account. I do agree this is a convoluted way, but this is one of the basics how crypto works. So always read yourself in before buying!

I have used the Socios app for a year now before writing this review. Because I would give it a good chance to write a honest review based on a long period, instead of writing a review about one or two setbacks I had. (Like forgotten my password, and needed to make a ticket to let it reset instead of a reset button. And not receiving an SMS because my local provider had a malfunction)

One of the worst exchange and app out there, crypto was deposited and now unable to withdraw, it’s been more than 2 weeks and my account it’s still under review level 2, submit a ticket and help centre in the app gives back errors, if you want your crypto to be locked for no reason and who knows for how long go for this exchange but I think it’s a huge mistake, waste of time and money. 0 stars

My partner and I have been using socios for a while now. Being a Manchester City fan it has been a great way for me to start off my trading journey.
We have won VIP experiences with 3 course meals, the customer service responds quickly and are friendly and helpful.

Always love doing the predictions, polls and the hunt which you can collect socios SSU tokens and then spend on match day tickets / experience.

Bad company, scam, takes your money and nothing more

I've been a part of socios.com for almost a year, never have a problem. Great experience in every way. I've been able to top-up, withdraw and trade without any trouble and the new utilities are great.

Totally recommended.

I was trying to verify my account and after the upload of all the documentation and selfie they rejected my verification. Shortly after they also closed my account without any reason, retaining all my tokens. I did not breach any terms and there is no chance to appeal the decision. I strongly advise anyone to avoid spending money on socio.com

Beware of this scammers Socios.com
what happened is this :
1) I registered at socios August 2021
2) i paid using my personal cards under my name
3) i submitted all my files for verification
4) i bought Arsenal token on that same day August 2021
5) After 2 months i bought another token Clube de Regatas do Flamengo
6) On 21st October i got an email asking me to verify my account
7) They even ask me to take a screenshot of my online banking
😎 This happened on the exact day of list both Flamengo and Asenal tokens
9) The reason i bought this tokens is to sell them the moment they are listed
10) On that day they restrict my account and i lost the chance to sell at the ATH
11) It's been a month now and they didn't even bother to reply my ticket .
12) They block me from commenting on their page on FB
13) They see my messages but they didn't care to reply
14) I found out that thousands have the same problem
i will keep fighting and please be careful

I wanted to withdraw my tokens and they are asking the password which they don't ask when you login the site. And there is no I forgot my password button. You need to send a email to recover your password. I did it. And they are sending an email saying they are busy. I wonder why busy? In the dawn of 2022 they are resetting password with a mail. They are trying to hold your money there at least hold your money as long as possible. The tokens I buy and chiliz loosing value, they are making me in a bad stuation. Don't trust this site.

Live prices are incorrect in comparison to Coin Market Cap meaning you're most likely paying more for the token than the asset is actually worth

no way to sell the 38 euros worth of CHZ back to euros.

Complete scam, bad service

Also require a minimum of 90 euros of CHZ to withdraw to an external exchange. I am not putting in 40 extra euros just to have a chance to withdraw my current 38 euros...

Avoid this company if you are looking to trade in and out.
