Items arrived all good and the shipping was pretty quick considering it was to the uk, but I needed to return the base layer as it was too large. I couldn’t complete the returns webpage form with a UK address, have emailed the customer service number numerous times, also with another email address in case it’s dropping in to spam filled in the online contact form and still no reply. For the price of the items I bought you expect a premium product and good customer service, not for my emails to fall on deaf ears. Very poor customer service and from the looks of the reviews on here, I’m not on my own.

The durability is extremely poor. After only 3–4 rides, the white 612 overshoes became permanently dirty, and the bottom strap no longer sticks well with the Velcro. They look great, but they’re definitely not worth it if they only last a handful of rides.

Good socks for cycling

These are easily the highest quality bike socks I have ever purchased. They sit exactly where I want them to for looks and Aero, and they don't fall down. I'm raving about these at the coffee shop, and I couldn't recommend them more

Great kit, comfortable and fast!

The aero socks I purchased have held up very well. The grip around the top of the sock holds up the sock very well, better than most of the socks available. I have used them now for 2 seasons and they have held up well. I only use them for racing on the track and criteriums on the road.

Love the products, high quality and nice look

The socks are of great quality. They stay up during the ride, they don't even slide down when worn while running. At the same time the socks are not too tight. Also the socks are very thin which is great when riding in 30+ degrees celsius.

The only less positive point is that the finishing of the black stitchings on the back is not so nice, the threads come out and if you try to pull out what appears to be loose threads you'll unravel the sock.

Great aero socks, high quality and good fit.

After seeing the brand on Instagram I did some more research and decided to purchase some socks for a start. The price was competitive and the product was of high quality. Even after many many washes the colour remains true white and they hold onto the skin and stay up with no sag. Clear branding is my personal option but I do like the logo colour on some new designs. 100% faith in the company for more or additional products. Hopefully the delivery communication has improved is my only gripe
