This is A SCAM!!!

This is A SCAM!!!! I would have given a "0" rating if I could. It took 3 1/2 weeks to receive my package. My first customer service email went unanswered. My second, more "decisive", complaint email had a response that was useless. I've FINALLY received the merchandise and it's not at all what is described. I get more support from golf socks than this item. It certainly is anything but able to satisfy the claims. Putting cotton balls between your toes would be more effective. Shame on the publications and TV shows they use as testimonials. It just shows how irresponsible these companies are in not verifying products they supposedly support! DO NOT BUY THIS USELESS PRODUCT!!!! I hope the company gets sued for false advertising.

I ordered toe socks a month ago but my order was for compression socks that I did not order and have yet to receive anything. I contacted the company and only get vague responses telling me to “check my order” and “review my order status”. This company is a Scam! I reported them fraudulent to the Federal Trade Commission and disputed the transaction w my bank who is also investigating.

Another scam

Another scam, another purchase that cannot be returned. I should have checked the reviews, these socks are useless, they don't align anything as they are flimsy and they don't even stay on. Just rubbish! What crooks operate on the internet. Bad karma to them.

These do not work

These do not work, they do not stay on and the company does not reply in time for a return. I have two unopened packages of ARCH Support socks and they are useless.
Imagine hoping for some help and it is a total waste of money. THAT IS WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE IS LIKE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This is a scam

This is a scam and I am sorry to say I got scammed. The “bunion realignment” sock is flimsy nylon fabric that couldn’t realign anything. They are not based in Chicago. I emailed them to ask how these flimsy little socks can accomplish what they claimed and they wrote back to me barely in English that they made no such claims! They have contacted me and insisted that they are in Chicago. Ok.. the product is still a scam wherever they have a location. They also insisted that their response was fine English. Judge for yourself.....

we don't claim what you say. On the product page is clear " Bunion Alignment Therapy "
Please do not accuse us for smth we never told you.

Don’t waste your money!

Nothing like what they advertise! There’s no possible way the toed socks would help my bunion. And the compression socks are the same as any other knee socks. Don’t waste your money!

This is the email I sent to Socksana…

This is the email I sent to Socksana last February: “I have spent 2 months working through the USPS search process to find the socks that I never received. The USPS cannot find them! I would like a refund of my $29.95 now. Thank you. “ All I got in return was an email telling me to contact the USPS. There is no one to call at Socksana. Do not waste your money buying these socks. They come from China and you may never see them.
