The socks took so long to be delivered I thought this company was a scam. It’s not, they just take forever. They sent me a email on my first expected delivery date that said the socks were delivered but they weren’t. Then a few days later I got a weirdly worded, very vague email about a delivery issue. I thought for sure I was being scammed. Then, two weeks later the socks arrived. When the socks actually arrived the quality of them was good, and the designs match the online description. I would only order if you’re not in a hurry, but there is nothing wrong with the product.

Why am I reviewing something, I never bought or never received, because I know I didn’t talk to anyone.

Had to resend after they sent a shipping code and never gave me good customer service after messing up

Beautiful socks. They won’t arrive for 12 days but once they show up they’re worth the wait. They were affordable and great quality.

I STILL have not received my SOCKS...so I just chopped it up as ANOTHER SCAM SITE..Update they emailed me stating that my order was rerouted back to them..after almost 2 months I did receive my sox..

Pathetic Quality & Poor Service Policy.
They are not ready to return the product because they gave a free gift (ladies socks to gents)
Their policy says - if you accept a surprise gift, they will not return the product - no matter how the quality is.
Pathetic policy - pathetic customer care service.

Quality is worst. Bad customer service where number is always switched off.
Complete waste of money.

Very Disappointed

I received the wrong socks and the company has completely ignored my attempts to contact them for a return. Poor customer service – won’t be ordering again.

Product Quality is Not good, Zero response post sale, they don't consider return or exchange request.
