Buyer beware of returns policy

If you wish to make a return you will pay minimum €5.99 and if you don't purchase insurance for €1.99 "you may lose your refund if the package gets lost or damaged"...

I purchased two pairs, one for myself and one for my partner, each for the discounted price of €20.69.

My pair had a noticeable seam inside by the toe which is annoying. I initially decided to keep the socks as they were thick and didn't cut off circulation. However, I was still disappointed for paying over €20.

I wished to return my partner's pair because they are too thin and I was specifically looking for warm, thick socks. I then came across the nasty returns policy.

I will now be returning both pairs at a personal cost of €7.98.
