100% scam. The exact same experience happened to me as one of these other reviews. Took 6+ weeks to receive a completely wrong order. Then slow response and they tell me to pay to return it and then they'll send something else "to make me happy." I know i'll never see my $ back or the right items. 100% scam.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Unable to return purchased items that are 1 to 2 sizes too small. Their published email address will not accept any new items in their inbox. No phone number available on their site to call them directly. Thanks for stealing my money!!
We were not pleased at all with this company. I ordered the color changing swimsuit for my son. After a months time (the website said 7-15 days) it finally arrived. It was purple and doesn’t even change colors. I’ve tried to email socofylee to find out how to return it but I keep getting a mailer-daemon every time I try to send an email to the company. The website states they have a 90 return policy but if you read the return policy it’s really only 30 days. Don’t order from this company.
socofylee.com is a SCAM! they ship from China, take over a month to ship, then sent me something I didnt even order. They will not issue a refund and theyre telling me i need to pay shipping to return the product. I ordered 4 pairs of the HYPER SWITCHS COLOR CHANGING SWIM TRUNKS. They sent me 3 swim trunks that were so cheap and didnt color change at all and then 1 pair of pajama shorts! I didnt order pajama shorts!!!
