I can't review a product I never received. It was due to arrive over a week ago.

I have tried to get a hold of you to cancel my purchase and get no answer.

My order was canceled... not by me

I placed my order needing sandals for a trip. According to your website I should have received my shoes prior to my departure. The shipping label was printed but my order was not mailed until a week later. The email that I sent asking about the status of my order was not answered. Major customer service fail!!!

I still haven't received the order after almost two weeks. Totally unacceptable.

Ordered sandals & it was wrong color & too large. Unable to exchange or return. No response to emails & phone out of service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I haven't recieved my order yet. The ordering process and keeping the customer informed of order is great! I can't wait to get them!

I've emailed 4 times and never one reply!

First purchase with this company and I have no complaints. Shoes are stunning and fit perfectly. The straps are well made with comfort in mind. The shade of red on this product is exactly what I was looking for to wear with a summer outfit. Happy with the product, shipping time frame and quality.

Wrong shoes were sent. No one has got back to me for refund or exchange

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals and only received 1 of the pairs. I have tried calling ( the call doesn’t go through), I have emailed the company every day for 2 weeks without an answer, as well as messages sent without response! I love the sandals, but there is no customer service. I will not order from them again

I have not received my order yet. I have emailed and phoned at least ten times within the past three days to change my mailing address and no one has responded. I have even emailed USPS. Hopefully, someone will respond to help me.

Sandals ordered and received in excellent condition, better than expected. Delivery communication was more than exceptional. Product was even delivered a day early. Product is as nice as desired. This was my first time ordering Soco Sands. I hope the sandals complete my travel plans on my Hawaii vacation in less than five weeks and last through many more joyous events.

I ordered my Sandals on the app on the 2 of January. It is now the 11th and have not received them . On the app it say 2-5 business day and we are past that. Not real happy because just received a message they have not even been picked up from use by usp. And you want me to rate how use did. I hope your sandals are better than you word on the app. So disappointed. Friends were going to order after they seem mine. . Might have lost some sales.

A month later, I still did not receive my order (I'm in Montreal - not very far). I sent 2 emails asking for updates/help and got nothing back: no emails, no sandals, no money back. I must say, I'm not overly impressed by the customer service you offer.
