Jamie saved the day
After I had originally had what can only described as a bunch of cowboys over to attempt to clear my blockage, which they failed to do, and left with a MASSIVE invoice for further works, I then contacted Jamie at SO Drainage to gather more quotes for a better understanding, not only was Jamie prompt with his services and immediately offering me a site visit which he managed to attend within hours of the initial phone call, but he was also the most knowledgeable, understanding and helpful tradesman I have met to date, and thanks to Jamie he got my drains flowing again without a massive bill or any invasive works like the other company had told me was needed!
I couldn’t recommend this company enough to anyone that is having drainage problems, be weary of cowboys, I can assure you Jamie is not one, thanks again Jamie and the SO Drainage team!

Had a great experience with Jamie from SO Drainage Solutions. He came out promptly, was professional and friendly, and did an excellent job clearing our drain gully. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. Really appreciated his efficiency and clear communication throughout. Would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone needing reliable drainage services.

Jamie diagnosed the problem very quickly explained what was needed. He worked quickly and kept us updated along the way.
